Another drink - £3.75, that's a very precise amount? ;-)That's a MC of about £600m. A good China deal or one big order from a collab partner could do that (depending on the exact terms, of course)...

Results will be fine imo, no big surprises. We have an idea re revenue that should be £8 mill plus by a simple breakdown of previous news.

No fund raise has come and if one does it will probably be down to the need to expand somewhere to meet and order or the like. We had naysayers some time back saying fund raise at 8p on the way.

Having noted the obvious interest to produce far better tyres by Continental it will be interesting to see how they respond to the big gains from Nanene which we know have 1.5- 2 times improvement in strength.

From other data it seems this type or result equates to the same number for wear too.

That detail is not news for the market. What if it was news, it surely will be at some point, but we here already know it. What we don't know as yet is the detail of how to improves the manufacturing process.

People them to think of car tyres. Port tyres never crossed my mind, but mining vehicles, aircraft tyres, performance tyres and the like did.

All I want NOW CS is for the share price to be £3.75 - hopefully it won't take much for us to achieve that

"The eyes of the government, shareholders and FCA were on him.... but NONE of it was true was it?"

I'm not sure the 'eyes of the government' or the FCA were on him - he knew (as we should have) that AIM is largely a fraud-ridden casino and there's never any enforcement, regulation or retribution. The only people he had to fool were not-very-bright, greedy s'holders - ie us ;-)

That's one reason I'm so glad to be in VRS: whether it is the massive success we hope it will be or not* there is no doubting NR's hard work, willingness to communicate (what he can) and integrity. I have absolutely no concerns about my investment, although that doesn't stop me occasionally getting impatient at wanting it all NOW ;-)

* It will be ;-) IMHO.

hxxp://www.evo.co.uk/mclaren/21492/new-mclaren-p1-confirmed-for-2025

Of particular interest is the paragraph:

With Flewitt insistent that McLaren’s lightweight philosophy will not be compromised by the technology’s inherent weight issues EV powertrains bring, the firm is working both internally and with external suppliers to develop not only the lightest batteries but the most powerful, too: ‘We won’t get into a power race, but we are happy to be in a lightweight race. I think we’re currently winning that race.’

I wonder if Versarien have anything to do with this?

Can I say long term VRS is looking to be the best investment I / most of us(?) have had the luck to buy into. But, with regards next Thursday just who knows where the share price will be at 4.30pm. I won't be selling, but good luck to those who sell now in anticipation buying lower. People should be open to the possibility that VRS may fall next week if the detail of just where we are with the collaborations especially with China and how our growth is to be financed is not forthcoming. And yes I know its not just about China....

Clubbie, I believed that Philip Manduca at PRG had bought us 2 diamond mines, had staff on site, had government agreements, top of the range scanning equipment delivered, finance coming at him from all angles and a an amazing backer in Dubai. The eyes of the government, shareholders and FCA were on him.... but NONE of it was true was it?

The really great thing is that I don't think anyone is expecting fireworks from the figures on Thursday so we are unlikely to get the sell on news scenario. In fact the slight drift in share price suggests that some are worried that news won't be good..

Personally, I think we will all enjoy reading what Neill has to say. I think he will use the opportunity to pass on as much info as he possibly can. He has, through his tweets and podcasts, shown us that he is thoroughly confident that the company is on the right track and that he is hugely excited by what the future holds.

Anyone thinking they can sell now and buy back cheaper on results day (which is often the way) could be seriously underestimating the situation... all imo of course.

I think we are not going to hear anymore from Vrs before next Thursday now, so the share price is just going to drift along and the days are going to drag.
