22/6/2018 07:31 | I get the distinct impression the markets are holding their breath over China. If/when it happens the share price should increase significantly. In the meantime the shorters are having their fun - and if China should fall through they'll have a field day... | club sandwich
22/6/2018 07:30 | Lol Spike. None of my holdings have an rns this morning, I see tern did though, always fun to watch that shown(from a distance) | sonsonnyjim
22/6/2018 07:16 | Tea break over , until Monday then. Lol | alchemy
22/6/2018 06:55 | I assume he means as individuals in previous businesses they have run WFOE. Much better to have local buy in and involvement. but who knows, sun is very much shining today, lets hope for a nice RNS to make it a cracking weekend! | 772
22/6/2018 06:53 | Shavian - I too read it as meaning that the company has 'done it' in the sense of already attempting WFOE (and not the 'done deal' interpretation). | grabster
22/6/2018 06:50 | Morning Club, actually on one of the podcasts (I think - rather than an ID, he did say that 'they' had run a business in China, they being the original 'garage' team I think certainly not VRS. Best wishes - Mike | spike_1
22/6/2018 06:49 | Versarien get another local mention at Cheltenham Science Centre today and tomorrow. Graphene enhanced slime anyone? | grabster
22/6/2018 06:48 | Shavian - but as far as I'm aware they've never done a wofe in China? so what does the 'we've done it' refer to? 'done it *before*'? they haven't...? | club sandwich
22/6/2018 06:35 | I wonder if reviewers such as this one will provide follow-up reviews a thousand miles later, as to whether the shoes did live 50% longer? | rockraven
22/6/2018 05:58 | Hew, thanks for the dream. But I’ll be happy just with the DB11. Club: re ‘running a WOFE in China’. The comment ‘trust me we’ve done it’ surely refers to running a WOFE (or WFOE to give it its proper acronym) and sadly not a hint that the China deal is done. But we live in hope. See Wiki explanation: | shavian
21/6/2018 23:13 | For the phenomenon of “graphene gold rush”, I think this is a law of “emerging and survival of the fittest” in an emerging industry. The companies involved should review themselves with two criteria: whether they have mastered the core technologies of industrial application of graphene, and whether they can develop complementary advantages or synergies with other industries. Those who have experienced the test will become the industry leader. Of course, it does not rule out that there will be many eliminations and sacrifices. Similar happening in China as is happening in the UK, companies that don't come up to scratch fall by the wayside leaving the quality to endure. | luckyorange
21/6/2018 20:30 | Ready for a little evening entertainment? But with mouth-watering potential if only.....we can hope! It is of particular interest to any other car enthusiasts here - and for Aston Martin people it's near unbelievable Wow! Now isn't Neill rather keen on them...? Below is a link to an EVO piece. If you know them, you know, else never mind. Skip over the piece about AM's new test track coming - Matt Becker, a real loss to Lotus. Any other owners here? - and get to the Video below. Bit of a fiddle to get the sound - click the control bar to the right of the length number. Sit back, concentrate on the words - light weight, beer both feature - hear what it's made of, and dream about the AM-RB-01...... (Copy the link into a window if necessary.) hxxp://www.evo.co.uk | hew

21/6/2018 19:55 | Graphite maybe he meant other forms he's worked for? Don't think he was referring to a deal per say in that tweet? | sonsonnyjim
21/6/2018 19:43 | Thought NR meant run his wife in China but it must be this Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise. I am still learning! | fhasson

21/6/2018 19:30 | Club well spotted. Done. Not trying to do but (done). | graphite bot
21/6/2018 19:18 | The junior fund manager from HK I met on Wednesday (see earlier post) mentioned the proposed Shanghai-London share dealing proposals. As far as she was concerned it was already a done deal. She did not know if it would extend to AIM but could not see why not. If so it would be an absolute bonanza for VRS if/when any China deal gets done. Shorters beware! | shavian
21/6/2018 19:13 | Thanks for that CS, for some reason your posts come up “This Tweet is unavailable”. Can’t imagine why. | johnveals
21/6/2018 19:05 | I see tesla planning a gigafactory in europe, likely germany. Best ellishttps://electre | ellissj |
