FDA states up to 8 months for a PAS, 4 months if it is deemed priority. It is most likely a labelling issue due to changed regulations. It's classed as packaging. Hikma released a reworked wording for the labelling in an update. Now it's down to FDA approving it. They have their own timescale.

How long does it take to correct a packaging issue?! (Advair approval)

diesel...a 19p divi is welcome because the share price won't drop 19p....if it does it will come back quickly.

Before we knew GSK would lose and they were confident of success in the appeal, Vec traded around this price, same with Advair btw which i have news on.

Your glass is half empty because of seemly management poor performance....understandable but the company is super solid, defensive and a guaranteed buy out target if they suddenly gave up their CDMO dreams

Why mention the divvy, it will have little value to shareholders.
As for the company prospects I agree, if they win valuable contracts that will be good, only problem I have is that that applies to nearly every stock on the market.
This is languishing because the evidence of continued growth is not convincing, hoping for it is not a good investment strategy.

Capital return does seem excessive and would come with tax implications if held outside an ISA or SIPP as well as risk exit from the FTSE250. On this occasion I would much prefer the company arranged another share buy back together with a smaller 2-3p special. Has to go through AGM yet of course.

Still waiting on Hikma and Advair...

At least i know what you are now. This is nothing to do with the company and just a trolling exercise. Fine. Do your worst.

Haha! I'm not part of your fanclub, polaris. YET, I might add.

It would be lovely if a man of your intellect could add some positive input of how you think the company might prosper - obviously if you're a holder and not a shorter.

But instead, you've sneered from the sidelines at someone who took a proactive decision to try and influence decisions for the better.

You may not agree with a progressive div and invest the rest strategy. But you offer nothing in the way of what you think that should be done for the best. Pure Compliance.

If you'd read my email to the CEO, you would see that I invested because I felt with all that cash on board, they would invest for growth. They appeared to have a plan.

It's nice to have a fan club. You are not the first and i doubt that you will be the last. What is your point?

Analysis means taking into account the evolving situation. Yes, i've held up to 300 k of these at various points in the past, far fewer today. So what?

A good BB brings up issues and discusses them. For the most part, this board has done pretty well over the years.

Solutions? Seriously? I am not a board member and so not my in my R2A2 - role, responsibility, authority and accountability.

If the shoe fits...

Lsoc85 - if you seriously sent that as an email to a FTSE250 CEO and expect anything other than no reply or a polite FO from IR then...

Let's turn it around - Why did you buy at 113 p? What was the primary reasoning? What price target? What timescale? What downside? What timescale? What exit point in case of downside?

There are so many questions. Either you are very naive or...
