alord, i dont scare easily, so still holding for my divi, company seems sound, the management are just ok, but a buy out before the divi is a real possibility.

Thanks Paul, regardless computer article or not , share price nose diving .
And analysts didn’t see any revenues from potential Advair , More payments from GSK and no forward looking generic Ellipta - looks like analysts don’t like Vectura and market makers only shorting stock.
Very sad picture.

Edit :The lowest price target 88p - all others above 120p , but short sellers picked up lower pt. Its why they selling ! No fair trade - total manipulation to squeeze retail.
Actually 112p - 19p( divi) =93p almost target been hit. So may be bounce from here ?

Hikma is slightly up today , but share price also lost a lot .

On Tesla 3000$ target for 2025 - craziness !

PS Volvo and Vectura King - your optimism evaporated ? Volcano dead ? Its a shame !

i'd say zero chance. Even if they submitted, i'd expect it to be summarily rejected as meritless based on lower court decisions.

Richman, after Court of appeal decision by all 3 judges , it’s very difficult to petition to Supreme Court on this matter, cause it insignificant for USA.GSK reputation in US courts is not good and this petition will definitely put additional bad light on GSK.
GSK has a couple of billions of US dollars litigations, which more important for them than Vectura case.
Supreme Court accept only 10% of all petitions. So imo highly unlikely that they ( gsk) will risk to ruin their reputation additionly.

I thought I should post my thoughts following my post of a few months ago. Then I assessed the probability of both the Hikma and lawsuit coming good as 25%, I was incorrect in that both are pretty much home and dry. I was also wrong with my thoughts that a reasonable price for that scenario was around £1.4, I note the price has not moved much atall. We still have the Exparel payment (I reckon 2022)to look forward to. Reading through the accounts I cant find anything to worry about and the presentation seemed pretty bullish although the CDMO transformation is yet to be proven. Disappointingly I cant find any real data on the Ellipta developments (even in Hikma data) as I still believe this is where real value lies. Valuations going forward I can see why they may be more based on a commoditised basis as unless we have more CDMO deals based on royalties as well as pay as you go that is the type of company we become. However as it is I see Vectura as undervalued and cannot see anything going forward that will change that in a market sense. Therefore I see an increased probability of predation (up from 5% to 25%). Looking at the type of predator I came across EQT as a strong contender, plenty of cash, good solid other CDMOs with good credentials in the ventilation market and a wide geographical spread. An excellent chance to consolidate into fewer sites and instant scale up in CDMO space. Anyway I am sure to be wrong but I may post other thoughts in the Summer.

Imo after GSK petition expiry and divi date announcement end of April, Advair approval share price will move above 130-35 p fast.

3rd Friday of the last month in the Q, where index futures and stock futures expire for multiple periods at the same time. Tends to get a bit choppy as re-balancing goes on.
