While I’d like to see the share price rise, while we have a buyback programme in place, a steady as she goes policy is desirable.

Does the VR325 deal with Aerami Therapeutics mean that the value of the Historical Research and Investment was excessively impaired when the project previously ceased due to the change of focus to the CDMO market?

Also, the FD exercising options and a Non-Exec buying shares suggests to me that there could be a possibility of further dividend distributions.

ANDA usually 8-10 months from submission, sometimes 6 months is prioritised. The announcement that Hikma submitted was released on 27th November 2019, so it'll be sometime between July and September...probably.

Chartists and algos will use the trading ranges in the future as triggers, particularly if other signals are 'supporting' the move. Candles don't give any idea of volume within the range, just it's size and indication of 'direction'. That first trade this morning was way above the close on Friday and then the candle will look like a down day, assuming the close UT is near the volume weighted price.

The action this morning reinforces the trading top of 100 p, despite there only being 1 share traded above 96.5p...same for the low of the day. If you can get algos and traders to start buying or selling then you can 'follow the trend' having actually engineered it! It's subtle but perfectly legal. Charts are blind but many people put their faith in them for buy and sell signals.

Hi Paul, for those of us with a less cunning mind (well, me anyway) could you explain in simple terms how anyone benefits from the little ruse that you describe above. I've seen you draw attention to this previously, but have never understood the mechanics of how the perpetrators would gain from it.

I see the usual candle rigging is going on again here. The UT opening trade this morning...1 share at 99.9 p. Less than an hour later a 1 share AT goes through under 93 p. That defines a great big (negative) candle. VW price for the day so far is around 95 p.

Advair & other news expected soon & perhaps our new senior management team have news if more deals to release .Lers hope positive momentum against a background of uncertain markets can continue into next week & we can break the 100 hurdle

...not unless there is a clear break of the trading range...that would be a break and hold above 100 p. We've seen this kind of action many times in the last several months.

That said, we can but hope for some welcome good news.
