Slight word of caution the secondary endpoint was not met but did show some significant benefits in the data thought worth posting

VEC being the usual contrarian stock. It's sea of red out there today, not that I am too upset about that as I am short a few stocks right now (TSLA, FEVR) and was short on the DOW. TSLA jumped up to over $880 per share post results...madness. Just a shame that I started to build back into VEC in the low 90s. I knew that May would likely to see some movement on the submissions and that time was running out. My guess on generic Advair is sometime later this month, as that would be 6 months after submission accepted.

So not approval just yet but looks nailed on in about 2 months. That'll release the milestone payment of $5 M and the royalties will be around 3 %. I'd expect a launch in H2 and further approvals from non EU countries based on the opinion over next 12 months. Next up is VR315, generic Advair...

I presume he is building a senior management team with string track records ,lots of contacts in the industry & with a reputation for honesty ,transparency & integrity
So today buts substantially outweighed sells & our share price continued its decline .
I thought my buying was over (again ) once we recovered from our brief return to the 60s & I will watch & wait .Todsys market performance is a reality check for those who thought the bull had resumed

Our new CEO has created 2 new executive positions for colleagues from his previous company, this may be just what this company needs and these positions may transform this company, but many will be sceptical.

I just keep adding on the way down. There are few shares that offer this value in this absurd market!

The argument that if the LTIP shares do vest then it will be good for everyone seems a reboot of the failed 'trickle-down' economics argument. The BoD have paid themselves +25% last year and have listed 10 million shares for 'incentive bonuses' from which they will benefit most. The grab is circa £10,000,000. If it isn't so me me me from their perspective, why are workers not given the same allocation of shares than the BoD? That one is not difficult to answer.

Hik expect second half revenue of $20-$40 mill from Advair generic which should result in royalties of $4-$5 mill for us ( mid teen) which is an expression of their confidence in approval & their distribution channels. Lets hope approval comes soon as momentum has faded here & is in need of a reboot !

Hikma's trading statement today anticipates that their generic Advair will still be launched in H2.No indication when approval is expected though.

Pretty baffling drop this week. Who is selling, especially with FTSE 250 entry looking probable.

It leaves a bad taste in the mouth and sums this board up really constant under achievers and over Remuneration it’s a disgrace even if theY hit the targets we are talking outrageous sums

pdoc, you need to read:

It covers the performance of LTIP and other awards to end 2019. Not all that many of the options actually vested.

If the full options listed in recent RNS do vest then you can be sure that the share price and performance will need to be top quartile, which means it'll be good for the shareholders too. The rest will be held in treasury and may eventually lapse. That is by far the bulk of the 10 M shares that will be listed. It also remains to be seen whether they are nil-paid or vest at a given price.

Looking like a nice cool round £10 million the directors and senior management have given themselves in the past year. That is 10,000,000 shares at, say, 94p [£9,400,000] plus the increased remuneration from £2,400,000 to £3,000,000 [£600,000]. £9,400,000 + £600,000 = £10million. Anyone know the terms of these investment plans and when the directors will be able to claim some/all of the share dilution money grab? The extra 10,000,000 shares will of course dilute the holding and make people wonder why they should invest in a company with such self-serving directors,
