If you look on a 1 year or 2 year chart, it normally starts its move up end June or July.....but during May/June reaches a low.

pe 6 on forward eps and a handsome dividend,
active is going to do some research, held
these many moons ago after card clear split,
still hold rtd though, very interesting,
I do like pe 6 as a number,

Well i sold out the remainder of my small holding here.The company continually over promises and under performs.Personally i would take todays announcement as a profit warning but its been dressed up.
When the results were announced (30th March)the prospects for HTEC were supposidily good and now sales for the first quarter(which were obviously known at the time)are stated to be slower.I`m afraid the company continually spin their case its happened too many times.I`m afraid i won`t be tempted back with the current management.I would advise all holders to look back through the RNS`s and compare what`s been promised and whats been actually acheived.Good luck.

I am very happy with that AGM statement (should still see over 2p of earnings this year), BUT finally the official news that Master Change will be sold off, and along with that goes all the debt, and that means much big and better things. On the news Master Change is sold, expect a big push up, just a case of waiting now.

verynervy I retain my core holding, for the day it re-rates when Master Change is sold off, however I have been able to trade the results a number of times, and so UNG for me is both long term and short, and so its not that depressive :)

MM's are funny creatures, they like to drop prices down to scare weak holders out, then rise it up and sell those shares at nice big profits. This is why I like to buy shares and not spreadbet, and then I can wait for decent returns :)

mercedes, its still an unloved share, but I take hope in that GECR are saying Master Change should be sold off, as is t1ps.com and this normally means its going to happen soon. I know Ray Mackie was alluding to it last year, so it would make sense that it could be sold in 2006.

That would demand a re-rating for UNG, so its just a case of some more patience :)

This share is getting too much for me...even after reasonable news etc it still goes down.Now showing 48% loss on this after how many years?? too many I guess. Do I cut my losses now or wait some more????

This also applies to it`s big brother RTD although at least I am showing a healthy profit on that one!

There I feel better already.....................

In January 2006, Pace Petroleum Ltd agreed to roll out HTEC's Chip & PIN OPT payment terminal to their unmanned petrol retailing sites in conjunction with HTEC'c internet based Virtual Back Office, which allows the remote management of stock, sales and activity at each site.

In presenting its final results to December 2005, the discontinued business (international money transfer) has been excluded except as a post-tax charge - these showed sales of £17.6 million (2004: £16.6 million), pre-tax profit of £1.2 million (2004: £751,000), loss on discontinued business of £844,000 (2004: £(825,000)), adjusted EPS of 1.8p (2004: 1.3p) and DPS of 0.5p (2004: 0.75p). The company reported that it is working with 2 petrol pump manufacturers (Gilbarco and Wayne) to integrate HydraOPT (an outdoor Chip & Pin payment terminal) into their pump heads.

Research Standing
We said "The share price is holding steady, and could be redeemed by the first half performance" - it was.

The company broker's note dated 30th March projects EPS of 2.1p for 2006 and 2.4p for 2007 representing P/Es of 8.5 and 7.4 respectively based on the share price of 17.75p at 10th April.

PP-you like your tech stocks take a(very good )look at RCG.Prospective p/e for 2006,just over 10(forecast EPS almiost certainly will be beaten).Profit growth in 2005 almost 100%.Pays a dividend.Hot sector.

50K buy, 55K buy, I wonder if we will get some director buy news tomorrow ? Always a chance as they like to keep buying the shares back and have a history of it.
