30/3/2006 09:39 | i can understand the divi because they want to use the money to finance expansion with out increasing borrowing ithink this is the way forward | acornoptical
30/3/2006 08:26 | At the present price of 18p, its on a historic PER of times 10 now, and what should be around times 8 for current year pr EPS. | papalpower
30/3/2006 08:25 | gowise, its a little disappointing, but probably to do with conserving cash with an expansion in business levels ahead. What they need to do is to sell of Master Change, as GECR notes, once this is done then they should go through a rerating. Although they offer scrip we know a large percentage went for the cash option at interims, so I would assume Ray Mackie is being cautious at the moment ahead of higher business levels for HTEC in the first 6 months of this year. Lets hope MC gets sold off this year :) It looks like the resuls morning sellers are out now, so bargains later today I think. | papalpower
30/3/2006 08:20 | no-one wants to discuss the cut in dividend? | gowise
30/3/2006 08:01 | It looks solid Ted, as you say, the Hydra OPT going into OEM pumps at manufacture leads to very exciting places :) | papalpower
30/3/2006 07:56 | I like this bit the best and it could lead to big money. They could fit all new pumps with there payment system at the point of manufacture. The deals with asda morrisons and clinton cards are the bread and butter so this deal with the pump manufactures could give us the extra revenue we need. Hydra OPT The Hydra Outdoor Payment Terminal, the first fully approved OPT for use with Chip & PIN, is in use at ASDA and, on a pilot basis, at Morrisons. Hydra OPT is being converted to Chip & PIN across the ASDA estate. Important relationships have been established with pump providers and anticipate that this will lead to further Hydra OPT installations. In this regard we are working with Gilbarco and Wayne, the two leading petrol pump providers to integrate HydraOPT into their pump heads. This is a very exciting extension to our business. Thus far we have an OPT fully integrated with Gilbarco's SK700 Euroline and earlier this month, at the International Forecourt and Fuel Equipment Show, we exhibited the solution for the Wayne 9000. An OPT integrated with the Wayne Global Star will follow soon. | ted1806
30/3/2006 07:39 | Yes JTK, I would hope to have the details of the new Charles Stanley note in a few days, and will post a summary of it. Would hope CS will move up from 2.3p EPS projection for this year to around 2.5p to start with, lets see if they do. I also want to see their new figures for 2007, which will give us the forward pr PER ratio, which could be around times 5.5 at the moment. | papalpower
30/3/2006 07:35 | Hi PP, my nly critiscism, is the lack of specific forward looking info, conidering the contracts gained. A revised broker note will probably be key to any major re-rating. Another good PP find though - well done.. | james t kirk
30/3/2006 07:18 | Very happy with them 74graham, and notice a Clinton Cards contract win as well. Looks very good going forward, and with First Remit sold off, I think we can get 3p EPS this current year of 2006. The share price is greatly undervalued on that basis. | papalpower
30/3/2006 07:10 | pp bought some during the week,fantastic results.cheers,bb | 74graham

28/3/2006 13:42 | Not that I'm following your every move PP, but I did buy some yesterday at this stage as a T10 and I'll wait to see what results are like. IEC looks like it's starting it's next leg up too. | james t kirk
28/3/2006 12:48 | Given the potential for a re-rating, and of course the normal big move up before interims, a solid hold cgldsmth, after reading the results statement I hope you will be encouraged to add some more :) | papalpower
28/3/2006 12:37 | bought a very small few at 18.4 | cgldsmth
28/3/2006 12:09 | Building up now :) | papalpower
28/3/2006 11:27 | It would be nice to get to 18/20 on the bid offer before results tomorrow. I am as sure as I can be they are good, and with a lot of small holders now out, the moves up on good news could be big and take us into, finally, a new higher trading range ready for interims, which could be exciting given potential for current year (06) EPS of between 2.3p to 3p. | papalpower
28/3/2006 11:18 | L2 moving up now, 4 v 1 | papalpower |
