Quite low production capacity on the FPSO

upgraded in order to allow it to treat up to 15,000 bbl/d of oil and around 25 Mcfd/d of associated gas.

off topic. Was surprised to see an FPSO rock up in Walvis Bay, Namibia on Marine Traffic. Turns out its this one



It's amazing to think that ENI will soon start producing oil and gas from a new and very recent mega discovery in Cote d'Ivoire and we at Tullow are still waiting for a proper gas sales agreement for resources discovered years ago!

So, that tanker has now left JWA and heading for the FPSO to load its Jubilee cargo. Hasn't really been any impact from the new well yet. Suggests production still below 70K for past 15 days. Won't be adding any shares until there's evidence of oil being offloaded at higher rates.

That would involve using company money to buy back thereby increasing the value of their free options. More greed. Share buyback is now seen as a lazy way of trying to increase market cap rather than actually growing the value
