missed the intros, any reason Angus was absent?

So far it's Oil Down To. OWC will be a step out well (next yr I guess).

Net to Gross about 90% (good), although probably different lobes in that (thats normal).

Already looking at it as a potentially stand alone development irrespective of Jethro Lobe (sounds positive).

I reckon Jethro is Tweneboa, and Jethro Lobe is Enyenra (Ghana lookalikes).

We have stopped at the 200 EMA.

Anybody know if we will get any benefit of the Hammerhead of Exxon overlapping into our block?

Bocase ... this is a new oil province for Tullow. A pre drill estimate sub 100m bls will now be upgraded... but the amount which can be proven from well bore analysis on a single well is limited. The key is tying in the drilling results to the pre drill AVO analysis. If the bright spots are being correctly identified ( as in the case of Jubilee) we can have increasing confidence in exploiting the prospect inventory of 16 tertiary prospects of the two blocks. Guyana has the best licence terms in our all our acreage .. the drilling costs are very low and the netbacks will be correspondingly high. If the prospect sizes are commercial, the idea of $1 in the ground will look ridiculous in 12 months time.

I went for 1 bn STOIIP, 30% RF, so 300 MM recoverable. Assume 1 dollar per barrel for oil in the ground gives £150m (adjust for currency and 60% net interest) to Tullow's market cap this morning, or just over 10p a share. Play with those numbers and adjust for follow in potential and it's not difficult to see why Tullow is up 20p, Ecos share price is a bit more frothy!

It will be the same old story... we will not be adequately resourced to drill out the prospects quickly enough.. and will be taken over before we can prove up the reserves. Everyone has become so negative up until now. Uganda is easily sortable and the Company will be stolen sub 300p if we are not careful. All ears on the conference call. By the way you guys were right to criticise the performance pay scheme ... the hurdles were too low and they should tighten their belts... but this Company has great potential.

I am a new investor in Tullow and trying to catch up on events. This RNS is obviously good news but how significant is it in the grand scheme of things.

Comments welcomed please.
