Well, some are really talking up Nigeria and Libya... It's hard to comprehend at the moment, we've just seen a massive draw and the price has tanked.

Could be the EV scare keeping the price down? I suppose it's not in Saudi's interest to reduce output as shale will increase but it does seem that markets are starting to rebalance...
