28/6/2017 15:39 | moneybags, he is only passing on technical analysis, taken from tried and tested long followed methods - all in good faith I think. I often listen to chartists as there is often some good data - especially supports/resistance levels | adg

28/6/2017 13:48 | re - downtrend to break not enough time and rise for that to do a break. But at least has been moving up from the bottom and Oil price recovery augurs well at the moment On looking at the chart any uptrend will be on moving above 185p | master rsi
28/6/2017 13:44 | kmann............Yup Tullow could be 20p this time next year Tullow could be £10.00+ this time next year As traders, We haven't a clue which one it could be. All I know is that,if oil keeps this low, then oil pumpers will stop pumping. Thus, raising the price. We all know oil is cheap, not dear, so it makes sense to take on shares in a company that get's Euro's for it's product. You can't sell oil in pounds £ . Regards , MoneyIVotedToLeaveEu | moneybags
28/6/2017 12:53 | Have we seen the bottom? Whats needed for the downtrend to break - any chartists out there? | ifthecapfits

28/6/2017 11:47 | Its all about oil, but regardless TLW didnt sink on results which suggests the market is happy with progress and future prospects, but its all about oil price in the end. | kmann
28/6/2017 11:16 | It just goes to show you that the 'Market' does not know what to do with a stock like this on results/update day. It's up, Then it's down, Then it's up, Then.........? It's always been that way, my whole lifetime. Regards , Moneybags | moneybags
28/6/2017 11:11 | Looks like some good buying coming through now. | ifthecapfits
28/6/2017 10:52 | The Kenyan field is certainly a very big puddle our company were at an oil expo last month in Kenya - met Tullow, as well as ministers/officials from both Kenya and UK - its a very big and interesting project over there - pipeline is the key, a week after we got back they announced more +ve drill results. All good but just infrastructure severely lacking We were due to return last week as tullow were hosting some event, unfortunately had other commitments - I will see what I can dig up from anybody who attended if anything | adg
28/6/2017 10:48 | News from Venezuela could support POO. Attempted coup? | ifthecapfits
28/6/2017 10:39 | Debt is managed and reducing and when oil is $65 Brent, debt will reduce by about a $bill a year. Today we are $200m better off than I could have hoped for and that's very good cash-flow management in light of a very difficult oil market. A substantial clue on the oil market was in this update in that big oil (Total) are likely to reach FID (final Investment decision) on Uganda releasing $100m to Tullow. Big oil being advised to develop big puddles as fracking is too expensive. Leaves Tullow a diddly bit vulnerable to a bid. | mariopeter
28/6/2017 10:04 | Morningstar equity analysts cut their estimates for oil groups across the board, following a downgrade of long term oil and gas price forecasts. | azalea
28/6/2017 10:01 | I think everyone would like to see the debt come down and the market cap go up but not sure if just now is the right time to sell assets. Selling when the poo is $80+ would make a lot more sense but will it be possible to hold out that long? | mcsean2164
28/6/2017 09:50 | The issue for me at the moment is I would like to see the debt come down. If oil goes up we should be ok to reduce it from 2018 right? | mj19
28/6/2017 09:10 | I'm still thinking of that article that said shale would be planning their drilling program for the next six months in June. Could there be a level of manipulation of poo to restrain shale? Ahhh-Aramco-tchoooo! | mcsean2164 |
