28/11/2019 19:31 | MM. Thanks for comment Well..wryly...yes I think 6 yrs is a long-term holder here too. And a few others. Don’t think we like waiting longer but we simply have no choice. So many of us are on very high breakevens. So it’s no bed of roses. The 5-10%’ers will inevitably impede progress. Important to recognize and accept. Regular dividend ( corporate intervention as you say) can help with this as well as keep investor spirits buoyed to a degree. Roll with the punches ( have no choice) and go with what comes. Must not forget that the company may not be valued by tge market but it’s deeply efficient and financially watertight. It’s only tgis that allows progress against the sick govt’s headwinds. | ![]() nocents
28/11/2019 17:10 | Well said nocents...pleased to have his class act on this BB as well as yourself. His timing in buying in was as perfect as his timing selling. You are perfectly correct in pointing out the 5-10% sellers as I was thinking the same thoughts. It will be a slow walk back up towards the 13-15p glass ceiling as those sellers move out. We really need a bit of corporate action now to inject some momentum (not the Corbyn kind) into the share price and I am holding my breath for that so hope it won't be too long coming. I feel MT is correct in looking at this as a long term proposition although it has been that already for those of us who chose not to follow his lead previously. It does feel calmer now and patience, as always, is now required. | ![]() marvelman
28/11/2019 16:12 | I was out. I reread your post MT. I am afraid I missed the analogy of Diane Abbott on first skim. It genuinely made me smile bigtime on a not so easy day. Worth replying to my comments just for that. Pleaae accept my apologies -as I said-for being cutting and cranky. | ![]() nocents
28/11/2019 15:48 | Marcus Cyrus Area Sales Manager for the Caribbean at Weatherford 5h ยท Edited TRINITY EXPLORATION & PRODUCTUON - DEVELOPING THE FIELD OF THE FUTURE. Trinity Exploration and Production plc (AIM:TRIN) has adopted state of the art technology and retrofitted it to an existing producing area to rejuvenate an initial set of wells, create investment opportunities and ultimately the production asset of the future. Through the utilization of Weatherford’s technology, Trinity E&P is moving to a new generation in production automation, IoT infrastructure and advanced optimization software to deliver increased production and optimization, maximize uptimes and efficiency with the ultimate aim of maximizing recoveries and returns. This initiative is the first instance where technology of this kind has been deployed in the onshore oil producing acreage of Trinidad. Bruce Dingwall CBE – Executive Chairman for Trinity Exploration & Production (TRIN) further elaborates on the activated field-wide intelligence to maximize production to shareholders in London on 23rd October 2019. #oneweatherford #oilandgas #oilfield #leadership #safety #safetyculture #production #productionoptimizat | ![]() spellbrook

28/11/2019 14:15 | nocents - 'You can sell at a 10% now if u wished' There is probably more chance of Dianne Abbott winning the Grand National riding side saddle on a Shetland pony than me selling the new holding before 2021/2 at the earliest. Long term buy and hold investing is deeply unfashionable today - but that's my natural investment style - and only changes when a company management's performance negatively impacts the investment case. Regarding the impact of IMO 2020 - the posts were made to discuss the potential impact the largest regulatory change to hit the shipping industry for 70 years, and the oil refinery industry for decades, could have for T&T oil producers - marginally negative on the overall mix of crude oil grades produced by the various operators. The idea of bulletin boards is for PI's to freely discuss equity investments and ideas for further research - as stock market investment is a hugely uneven playing field since II's have an enormous advantage. By collectively working together and pooling knowledge and information a BB community is often able to level the playing field up a little. The comments on PTAL were made with this in mind and in the knowledge that most investors have a diversified portfolio. AIMHO/DYOR | ![]() mount teide
28/11/2019 14:03 | Flawless Kicks, so I notice you have seemed to abandon your BB on Caspian can I ask why you were putting up hundreds if not thousand a month all uber positive, now you vanished have you sold out or has Clive given you the nod to get out, come on after all those posts you owe some of your so-called followers an explanation for your silence? :):) Trinity an interesting one, been in and out numerous times and touch wood always made a profit if it drops a bit more may get a couple hundred thousand for a punt. | ![]() thetoonarmy2
28/11/2019 13:59 | Sure. It’s ok not to agree. I just resonate with a certain pther poster who is suffering ..and a few others I know. I am not holier than thou. Certainly have my own hang-ups.No-one has to agree with me. I just want to consider certain others. And question ramping/deramping. But welcome informative posts. In fighting the monster I don’t want to become the monster. So just ignore what I write that anyone does not agree with. Is fine. And sometimes I can be a little” holier than thou” too. 28/11/2019 13:12 | Hi NC I usually agree with nearly everything you say and appreciate your long standing experience and knowledge of TRIN having been here for 6 years. Why is bad or selfish or insensitive that MT sold 6 months ago! I would go as far as to say that it was wise and well considered! I wish we all had his foresight. I'm still nursing a loss here but it wouldn't offend me one little bit of everyone else sold. It's their money. I don't get offended by people making up their own minds about their own investments. Not sure I agree with you on this one . Just curious | ![]() oilinvestoral

28/11/2019 12:08 | Like I said...any rise will be sold into. We have to expect it. MT ...yet again I ask regarding your motives . I value your knowledgeable input on certain topics at times. But the vitriolic sulphur attack could almost be viewed as a deramp. For whatever reason the share price followed the desired path as you say. To promote another share on the Trin board...is this altruistically for our benefit??To make us money?? | ![]() nocents

28/11/2019 11:30 | Off topic: for those that like debt free companies with strong balance sheets, low cost, rapidly growing production from a new field that a reservoir engineer acquaintance described as having absolutely top tier reservoir technical characteristics that are "as close to as good as it gets" - here's one to have a look at: Debt free, $20m cash, production up 1,011% in first 11 months of 2019 to a current November average of 8,151 bopd, with another major step change increase to over 10,000 bopd by year end, and a planned further doubling of production to over 20,000 bopd by 2020 year end - all financed from cash flow generated from net margins of circa $30/bbl Petrotal(PTAL) Well worth a look. 28/11/2019 11:02 | From a purely personal(selfish) perspective I was very pleased that whoever was exiting/selling down provided the opportunity to complete the building of a new holding with a final circa 150k at 8.94p and an overall average in the low 9's - thank-you whoever you are for the early Xmas gift! | ![]() mount teide
28/11/2019 10:51 | Seller is back and buys dried up, back to 9.5p soon by looks of it | ![]() astorcourt
28/11/2019 09:54 | I’m not excited by 10p either. But It’s better than going below 8.9p and which way round do we want it?? Only new buyers can get excited yes. But it re-sets a floor. Come on PB. I’m in same boat- worse- but let’s just take what is!! I’m not excited by 10p!! But I know which way I’d ratger have it. Cup 1/100 full vs. 1/100 empty. | ![]() nocents
28/11/2019 09:49 | Take it as a given it was Miton. I don’t know if sold out yet completely. Only at 10p because of consistent and maliciously timed sells. As OT says...when Trin rebalances upwards it is just as quick or quicker than down. Been there many times. Am hoping flawless’ assertion re. Ongoing buyers holds true as many people who have held on are gagging to sell. But they will lose put on a true re-rate of course. Ride whatever wave comes...... | ![]() nocents
28/11/2019 09:49 | Recovering?!?! Its 10p ffs! Lasy year waa 16p. Remember how utterly appalled we all were when placing took us to 15p and here we are 5p below that. Sorry cant get ecxited by 10p!!! | ![]() princebuster2
28/11/2019 09:44 | If, of course, Miton has sold out completely we won't get a holdings rns from Premier so we will be none the wiser (officially). As I said above Miton is/has been notorious about informing the market. Just look at AOR as an example of the Miton effect. Miton sold the last bits end Sept/early Oct. Still no TR1. Look at the price action since! | ![]() langland
28/11/2019 09:36 | Buyers still loading up. Looks like another tick up on the way - anyone know what the mms are sitting at now? Any on 11p yet? | ![]() flawlesskicks |
