Agreed. 10p very important.
IMO someone accumulating.
Btw it was Mitol selling. Can’t admit publicly to how I know.
TR1 mystery though.
Looking 4ward to Q4 update. Trin should have moved on up b4 then.
As I said...Flawless and Oilinvestor did good research. Trin as a company is watertight in rough seas.Should be at 16-18p not 10p

M5 agreed, to confirm above 10p is the first hurdle, then after this major cyclical reset any other resistance will have little impact.

It moved up on low volume showing mms are not holding many shares. Just need volume to return and off we go!

Chart wise to get back over 10p, as long as we hold today is very positive, and bodes well for further moves forward.

very pleased to see TRIN recovering! Would be great to see us back to the 14-15p levels and why not more. Holding tight...

As they say, a sea of blue - and why not? During my research, I couldn't find any reason at all for trin to be trading at current levels?

Yeah, interesting trades this morning although all for small values. Someone's getting a bargain! When Trin moves it moves fast so hopefully a few more days like this before it really takes off.

52 week high of 16.35p. Could we get back to that level shortly?

avesome - Not really much resistance until 12.8p now on the chart. With the news we are expecting and current wonderful financial situation, things could be explosive quite soon as buyers jump in.

Ok, so just speculation. We have had sellers from 20p this time last year until now, being forced was the interesting bit for me as that is an unknown. My personal view is selling has begot selling without anyone being forced other than from seeing the trend and risk management. If we can turn this round and buying begets buying there is plenty valuation gap to close.

Miton are one of my suspects and they are notoriously bad about informing the market. They have recently merged with Premier and the latter have recently been updating the market on a lot of my other stocks so there is a good chance we will get a holdings announcement from them.

No idea but lots of mentions of 100k sells going through over the last few months. They seem to be done. Hardly any sells reported yesterday - literally about three small ones as far as I can see. This is now a major buying opportunity if the seller is cleared.

Flawless, who was the forced seller? Are they known to be done?

I don't agree with what is being said. The reason trin is at this level is because there was a forced seller. You will always have a few people sell at each level up the share price goes but you will also get fresh buyers. Point is, the new buyers will want at least their 10% and this forms an up trend to bring in the next lot. With a bit of luck, the fundamentals will kick in and take the share price much higher. Sentiment seems to be changing for the good and lots of news due. Could be a good ride towards much higher levels imo.

Original reason for the drop was the placing at 15p. Overhang cleared, forced seller out and off we go!

There were two small sells yesterday...perfectly normal. I'm expecting 10p to go today.

You have a right to be critical .But we mustn’t put people off ...therein is the problem. I need to get 19.7p to break even as you know. I have an equal right to be unhappy. You are right...nothing positive about the share price at all. But the company yes. No debt/HAW/Scada//3400 bopd end year/ cash accretion/low b’even. Company is in fine fettle. We and the share proce are not. It is a steal and a bargain for newcomers but we carry the can yes. Quick sellers are indeed the problem. A dividend 4 times a year would address this in part. The company has however never been stronger in itself. Tax changes may or may not happen. But I am glad you did not sell. We will recover . We just need to hang in there.

Yeah this is my concern now anyone who bought in at 10 wudda quickly felt the disappointment from trin when it went into the 8’s..unfortunately now panicked we’ll see them exit quickly should it reach 11/12 with a bit of profit in their pocket. Why not. For me i need 17p just to break even. 18 months ago 27p..a year ago 16p and this week 8p...this record is kinda why im a bit critical. I just dont think there has been anything to be positive about in a long while.

PB. Glad you still in. In fact I am aboutvto agree strongly with one of your points.
Oili...people who sold today bought at 8.9-9p. Quite a few did. They exited at 9.4p with a 5% profit after costs. Easily. One of them made £350 in 2 days. This is the scourge of Trin. Selling at 5% ish or 10% or breakeven for some. This quick-exit mentality is the new market. Across the board. It’s how Trin works.
A dividend as suggested only last week by BD would be a partial remedy. Trin needs consistent holders . Being low volume means one step forward is one step back.
I hope they implement dividend asap as short-term profit seems to be king.

Lol Nocents I doubt anyone has made a cents ! Never mind 5% out of Trin! If you take into account buying selling fees , spreads etc anyone selling below 9.8 is selling at a loss!
