11/7/2019 11:43 | What's the news flow due here guys? I see the share price has got very low again any reasons for it or just aim over the summer and MMS dropping the shares | laptop15
10/7/2019 18:45 | Rossannan, I check for it also and I can only come to the same conclusion as your last sentence. I suspect there have still been no wells drilled in T&T yet. Maybe this is the sort of government that can only react to crisis, shame as had they done something in 2017 as promised TRIN would have been producing significantly more by now along with other producers. Let’s hope they stimulate the oil sector before it is too late. | mark10101
10/7/2019 08:44 | The market will need to test 10p given we are so close, that would mean the seller selling at 9.75p, just need them to get on with it. Just wish they had the ability to do bigger trades in one hit. I totally get why someone may be moving on, but this drip feed of chunky sells is so clumsy it looks a little vindictive.... At a £25m enterprise value I think this is a new low for TRIN as when they restructured in 2016 the MCAP was low but the debt was substantial pushing the enterprise value higher. Crazy times... | mark10101
09/7/2019 14:36 | Think WWICK buying in is prob the most positive sign weve had in months!! | princebuster2
09/7/2019 14:18 | At 10.35p I'm a buyer again. I told myself not to. | wwick
09/7/2019 13:47 | This is one just to be left and “ forgotten” about. All to easy to get drawn into circular debate. I stand guilty myself. | nocents
09/7/2019 13:28 | TRIN closed down 4.65 percent on Monday, July 8, 2019, on 3.03 times normal volume. The bears made the stock sink to a new 52-week low. Note that the stock is in oversold territory based on its Slow Stochastic indicator (14, 3, 3) -- sideways movement or a bounce should not be unexpected. | princebuster2
09/7/2019 13:17 | Nocents youre waiting till your 600k in trin becomes 0 ? | diseasex
09/7/2019 11:30 | However...there is a buyer mopping up the shares big time.Mm’s rarely accumulate at such a high level . | nocents
09/7/2019 11:27 | Director buys were token. Drop in ocean. No buys since or by other directors. This is a depressing phase to be endured. To sell out is to be victim to MM manipulation at ridiculous price.Giving shares away Roll on election or coup d’état. Get rid of this inept govt. | nocents
09/7/2019 11:23 | All very perplexing. Trin do not follow daily market moves. Told me many times. So they may unfortunately be oblivious to all the trading. The selling is relentless and zi have not seen anything like it since L and G exited in 2015.( their error as it happens) | nocents
09/7/2019 10:33 | If it wasn't for those recent director buys (who have lost circa 10% of their investment) I would be even more worried as to what is going on. | marvelman
09/7/2019 10:30 | ...and where is it going to | marvelman
09/7/2019 10:29 | ...and so, still begs the question..where is this stock coming from... | marvelman
09/7/2019 10:27 | ...many thanks MT | marvelman
09/7/2019 10:26 | mm - there is ZERO stock out on loan according to Euroclear's latest report published yesterday. | mount teide
09/7/2019 10:09 | Any tentative buys are quickly stifled out by ther seller it seems...how much more has he got FFS. Does anyone have a number for stock out on loan? | marvelman
08/7/2019 20:37 | AIM is full of disreputables taking high wages for Fanny Adams.I was part of a takeover in 2017 of such a company beginning with Inf (!!). We know it well don’t we. I ended up losing money as the new director instigated 2 Placings in 6 months. Taking the proverbial !! I have been taken for many rides in my time. My Bad. Trin has said it was not like thatbut run on a morally high set of standards. I still want to believe it. | nocents
08/7/2019 20:29 | Slice of pie.Yes I fully walk with you. Complacency can very easily come with wealth and easy living. Wish I had either and both. Not the luxury on my part. My life has been chocka with experiences which I hope have brought me a degree of wisdom. Always lived cherishing others but only the deserving ( as Freud also once admitted.) There are many rich philanthropists like Segel in Trinity.(maybe Bill Gates too?) . But many I have met are envoliped in narcissism which may have helped them get there. With power and/or riches can come disconnection and some arrogance. Or not. But it is common enough and I know a great many....In all walks of life. Bruce has his fingers in many pies and some are indeed praiseworthy. Genuinely. But to be paid that much for a 10p share is outrageous . I doubt he reads this board. But it would be a healthy thing for all concerned if he did. I know of a number of holders ( inc myself) whose health has been affected by the last few years here and are struggling to financially get by. Caveat emptor is not a valid response. 10 pence is derisory and there is no real excuse..not SPT. Not WTI. Not low volume trading . Hardly low volume recently! TXP stable. CERP recovered. RRL recovering. Trin the only one down. Ignoring the market and shareholders has consequences. Cultivez votre jardin as Voltaire said. If you don’t it will grow weeds and wither. The market needs to be cultivated. As do the few remaining and extraordinarily jaded shareholders. But the Muppets aren’t getting my shares anyway to be sure :-) | nocents
08/7/2019 19:33 | Slicethepie, very much with you on that, company accounts show Bruce (ignoring the rest of the management team and large T&T workforce) to have taken home $1m in the last 3 years and I suspect over $1.5m since I have been holding. I am patient, as most know being the last optimistic poster on TRINs board left, but that is starting look very undeserving from my holding point of view..... | mark10101
08/7/2019 19:05 | How would that work Lexus, just interested to hear your views. That was my worry back in 2017 when we were suspended but they did not do it then which would have been the easiest time. Directors have about 22% and I think need to declare if they increase their holdings each 1% of the company they purchase. That is the strange thing with the volume of trades and lack of holdings notice. As I understand it if they get to 30% of a company on AIM they have to make a take over offer but that offer would be rejected if enough share holders vote against it, which hopefully the remaining 70% would. Just trying to work out the dynamics as with a £25m enterprise value that would be some bargain at this level if they could pull it off..... | mark10101
08/7/2019 19:03 | Despite my disgust at Bruce's salary rise I am also supportive but think Bruce needs to understand it from a shareholders perspective. He has a pretty cushy number nice offices in a posh part of Edinburgh, 4 visits to T & t each year where he can catch up with his old friends. Contrast this with running a Falkland o & g business ! | slicethepie
08/7/2019 18:24 | I have said before look out for a Management buyout at these levels. | lexus880 |
