Yes nocents, losses of a certain magnitude make you question the depth of your own fallibility but knowing you are not the only human being with intelligent thought that can get it wrong helps...and for that I thank you.

MM. you not alone with loss. My biggest too. 6 figures. The corrupt POG took £94k . So I have only 30% of what I had 5 yrs ago. I have no naivity left. Taken fo more rides than a funfair but ultimately it’s my bad for trusting. Shareholders are cannon fodder and “ shareholder value” is almost always a seductive excuse before a fleecing. Caveat Investor. I think it was Hobbes who described nature as “ red in tooth and claw”. Stock market corrupt to the core as is the financial system. Roght through to international politics. Ruff tuff world.
But we can bring a bit of our own light into the darkness before we shuffle off I feel.
Yes. It is my biggest loss in 35 yrs of trading.

Great find Spellbrook...confirms the possibilitiesb that are available for a company with cash...although I still have not forgiven the BOD for making me pay for it by giving me the biggest loss on an investment in 16 years or more of trading. Still, added today and am hopeful that I may claw back some of it if the BOD can start earning their inflated salaries and perks.

Range Resources
Range has announced that it has terminated negotiations with the pre-school educational business in China it was hoping to buy but that the debt restructuring negotiations with LandOcean continue. The shares will return from suspension and one assumes that the restructuring of the oil and gas businesses promised at the time of suspension are continuing.

I would imagine that the process within Trinidad is continuing therefore the long-awaited consolidation of assets should be imminent, that’s assuming any of the other island companies are interested. As for the service part of the business it has a pretty smart inventory of rigs which should find a home somewhere in the region.

It really is difficult to see where Range will end up, with its Chinese investors, management and debt I suppose the natural guess is to look east…

Lol. I’m here. “ To sleep perchance to dream”..but that’s Hamlet. MSN Dream was a bit too loony for me with the miscoevois Puck and all the other fantasy people.
Unusually been busy. Did take to the road Monday and did 300 miles plus on my bike but idiot reversed into me at canal bridge so I’m now unable to de-stress on 2 wherls. I’m ok. Had to call cops though as it kicked off. He refused to give details and went to drive off. Sigh.
Hence not on road atm.
Trin gradually making proper intelligent rise. Not a spike. Flipping at some stage but that’s normal.
Posdibility of sharp rise at some stage with people getting in at what is still stupidly cheap.
All the fundamentals are in place as our marketing manager makes clear.
