I agree, I think we will get news Monday or early next week, no point delaying it. Should the news be possitive it will allow sellers and buyer to sort things out pretty quickly.

So share price is down because of a seller...management delays the news to wait for a clear run...seller starts to look like he knows something, other sellers come in worrying about the delay, price goes down and more sellers arrive. How does that work? My view is they put the announcement out when they want to put the announcement out. The management team here are dependable, robust, by the book and long term in outlook. If they were market timing announcements then I would be surprised.

Yes but Trin control when they put out the update.

So if I were them I'd be watching the action and speaking to the MM.

Better to announce good news when the seller is cleared.

Looks an orderly exit and well managed so just a matter of time before the breaks come off again.

I have a theory here....

They want the seller done before the ops update so the rise isn't sold into.

I suspect the numbers will be very impressive.

Value will out, just a matter of patience, better to be in at this stage than try to get in when the market inevitably cottons on to what it has been missing.

Also how many oilers can say their net Debt is $0.9m, so we have a market CAP of £50m with an enterprise value of £51m...... I am pretty sure that has been reversed already and as the months go by the enterprise value drops.

If I remember rightly our average costs reduce with the sale of the west coast assets as they have higher production costs.

So the average company cost should reduce and margins increase.

Add that to increased oil price, increased production and the imminent spt reform and this is way undervalued.

Suspect there's a line of stock to clear then we will be away. Might have to rattle that piggy bank.

If oil stays where we are and our costs remain the same at 3000bopd we make $2m/month, justifies a MCAP over 4 times higher than here. Certinaly makes the prospects of paying back the outstanding debt early highly probable.

It's crazy really but I'm sure we will see a holdings Rns soon that will explain the recent action.

This should be 25-28p easily on current production.

Less than a month ago we were highly profitable at $50 WTI, this week alone with oil $7 higher has made us an extra $125k.... few companies on AIM at this valuation can make that claim.
