Mick / she-ra,

re: TRB

I only started buying today, purely a personal decision having waited for the share price to hit what I believed to be near enough a bottom ... I just think the share price looks too o/s at these levels.

To be honest TRB's been on my watch for a while - never bought into it before. In fact, I think I vaguely recall when it actually floated on the stock market many years ago.

I've been watching it for a while recently and waiting to see where the fall in the share price may bottom out given that it saw such a sharp drop on the back of the t/o approach not going through ... well, looks like this is now the bottom imo - I could be wrong, but everyone makes their own judgement.

I think it's a matter of where you think fair value is and how much of the latest news is already priced in ?

I was trying to glee some positives from the statements along with the negatives ... the company states that trading conditions have been challenging – but it has also rcvd a £4 Mln extension to the Ofsted contract for inspecting childrens centres ... local govt. demand has increased vs. decrease in central govt. advisory work (as expected really) and same in health advisory work.

Restructuring programme seems to be going well ... as do the cost cutting measures.

I'm expecting an update from the company on the restructuring progress etc ... which I believe will provide a boost to the share price - especially from these current lows.

All in all, the share price has fallen from ~ 140p (prior to the mkt crash) to the current 27p.

Time will tell but I've tucked a few away.

OFF TOPIC.

Scott,

You really are very immature and bitter aren't you.

Why are you on this thread if you have no interest in TRB ?

Clearly you're just stalking me ... that's just sad mate, very, very sad.

It's not nice to be so highly strung, life's too short, clearly you're very bitter that I was fortunate to have called REH right and sold near the top of the recent rally for a ~130% gain. I've now bought back in recently @ ~14.5p.

Anyone in their right mind would be tempted to sell if they were sitting on such a large profit - including you, just 'cos you failed to do so and got left holding the baby and just watched the share price retreat wasn't my fault. Get over it.

This 'throwing your toys out of the pram' type of behavior only makes you out to be a very immature and naive little boy - seriously, you need to grow up mate!

Be responsible for your own trades and don't be so vindictive of others just because you can't seem to trade or invest in a mature and professional manner.

Now stop sulking and stop stalking me - just get over it, life's too short.

nilip - Did you not read the rest of the statment where it says how much business they are losing and how they are having to cut costs dramatically.

You have to ask how much headroom they really have with their banking facility.

Mick.

Ignore nilip, he posts of a doubling share price but he will sell for a 1-2p
share profit in the morning.

The only reason the share price has fallen is because both parties pulled out of the recent bid approach ... the resultant fall looks way over done and just OTT.

"We have continued the plans to establish a single, integrated technology
development business that we announced in August. We are making good progress
and expect to have completed the reorganisation before the end of the year. We
expect this exercise to achieve significant improvements in operational
efficiencies from 2011".

Could be due a positive update any time towards the end of yr.

That'd give the share price a serious boost I'm sure.

In the mean time ... back at the office, TRB chart turning up strongly.

Now up 11%

No one's claiming this is going to hit 100p or even get back to the 80p level.

But I can see this doubling from the current share price quite easily.

It would be interesting to know who the bidders that pulled out were then there could be a deeper understanding of how bad things are at Tribal.

The posters pushing this are very short term traders so as they
say do your own research.

I dont think i could ever be tempted by a stock that could lose
100% anytime with a suspension, sounds like scaremongering but
after what happened with Rok you'd have to have balls to buy in
here and leave it running overnight.

Might just be a pre-planned pump and dump. We'll have to wait and see.

Shares like Tribal are targets for such activity.

Scott,

Still have a small holding in REH tucked away safely in the bottom drawer.

I suspect there will be token purchases by directors to shore up the share price if Tribal needs a fundraising.

Apparently management are chomping at the bit to dive in and pick-up bucket-loads of shares whils`t they are priced at this absurdly low price , however
alledgedly upper - management have advised them too keep away as it would not be fair on long - suffering long term shareholders. They have however said that they would be welcome to pile in , once (as expected)the share price gets back over a £1....
