15/1/2002 14:48 | but down 2.5% why ? | coco1
14/1/2002 16:41 | I hold approx 100000 and feel they are the most undervalued profit making growth stock on the market.I feel the low rating is primarily down to the acrimonious actions of the former gladstone liesure side major holders who seemed to sell up at silly levels just to be rid.AKA cutting your nose off to spite your face!!The future of elearning appears to be massive, this can be shown by the pe of 120 awarded to smartforce TRWs biggest customer.Just my own amateur opinions DYOR | tallington
09/1/2002 10:40 | Did hold post-merger, was keen, but def. not a trading share - had a bit of trouble getting in & out. If they meet or exceed, look v. cheap to me. | spectoacc
09/1/2002 10:38 | See company spiel at Two brokers notes (courtesy of Dan_bach on fbb thread): Brewin Dolphin (June 2001) Beeson Gregory (June 2001) I already hold a few and I gather Techinvest have made TRW one of their six Nap Tips For 2002. | m.t.glass
08/1/2002 14:44 | isis Techinvest have been keen on this one for a few months. Said in November about putting it in their portfolio (not in - yet). Techinvest have said about earnings for this year are likely to be about 5p and over 7p next year, and that Equity Investigator have also been very keen on this stock. I go on a p/e of about 15, which on next year's earnings gives a price target of about 100p. Only a guide. Yesterday was up solely on Techinvest tip & a nap for 2002 Hope this helps. | gorwel
08/1/2002 09:47 | I don't think I've owned a share that has been tipped as much as this & yet stays so relatively low. Does anyone what Techinvest basically said? - just out of interest. TIA | isis
08/1/2002 00:12 | PYLEWELL what were the others | contract note
07/1/2002 16:22 | very clever mms on this stock | contract note
07/1/2002 12:26 | Been quietly wathcing these for some time - fundamentals are good, bought in and waiting for the rise !!! | lindybee
07/1/2002 11:49 | The company is seriously undervalued - & you know it kid. :-) | isis
07/1/2002 11:41 | can any body tell me why up 16% no news and little volume ? | coco1
07/1/2002 00:17 | has it beem tipped in tech invest | contract note
06/1/2002 20:55 | There does not appear to be a thread on these guys so I thought I would start one, as I am looking to gather more information on them. The company appears to have been demerged out of Gladstone PLC in June of 2001, and the share price has been going up and down like a yo-yo ever since. Their key dates are: Interim results 28 - Feb - 2002 next year end 30 - Jun - 2002 next annual report 31 - Aug - 2002 Prelim results 14 - Sep - 2002 next agm 30 - Sep - 2002 Predicted PE's are (prices at 6/1/2): 2001 12.31 2002 9.54 2003 6.00 This is what they say they do: Transware offers a tailored service in e.learning transformation and localisation. With a multi-disciplined ISO 9001:2000 approved process, Transware helps its clients to deliver successful and focused global learning strategies. Success makes sense in any language. Transware provides the process and environment for you to do the talking (Whatever that is). Share chart is here: So what do you guys know about them? C | capitalist
04/1/2002 21:05 | Too early to tell whether the rise is on a Jan tech rally or something better. Although there are very few tech stocks on a lower P/E now & forward & still offer good value. | isis
04/1/2002 17:10 | Cracking rise today +6p to 52-57p and the spread is back out again... | dan_bach
03/1/2002 21:03 | Beesons slightly revised their figures down after the 9/11 incident as a matter of course - but still remain a strong buy. I will be more than happy if they just remain on target & will assume they are at the moment as the half year has already passed. | isis
03/1/2002 20:22 | gorwel Totally agree re : Techinvest and now a holder. Irrespective of whether they make the New Year Tips or not they look good long term. Surprised to see the spread narrowed to 47-48p nearly all day. Seem to be a lot of smaller buyers getting in. I also managed to download two excellent Broker Reports off their website last night. Links to Broker reports attached : Brewin Dolphin (June 2001) Beeson Gregory (June 2001) And if I have read paragrpah 1 on page 7 right of the second report the Beeson Gregory target price is 137p !!! | dan_bach
30/12/2001 16:25 | the original tip was at 31p & last month was very strong hold @ 48.5p which may as well say buy. | johnv
28/12/2001 17:06 | Dan bach. If it gives any reassurance, there is an 80% chance that Techinvest will tip these in their 12 to follow for 2002. Isis is right, the Shares write up was very positive. This sector could be very big in the next couple of years. I bought a few days ago, managed to get a penny or so off because I dealt within the market size. | gorwel
28/12/2001 11:37 | Still in & have topped up in the 30's. Directors buying suggests there's no bad news, as long as they remain on target they look very cheap. Shares magazine tipped them a couple of months ago as one of seven stocks due for a massive recovery next year. As with everything though there's always a risk. | isis
28/12/2001 11:28 | Four Directors topped up earlier this month in small quantities all at 40p : Any body fancy this one for a New Year Tip anywhere? | dan_bach
03/12/2001 17:04 | I agree the spread is a bit larey - but will tighten as & when volume picks up. | isis
03/12/2001 16:38 | You're right, isis. All the same, I'd rather deal a ha'penny inside a 2p spread than a penny inside a 5p one. By the time you add fees/stamp duty, it's quite a deterrent (although it will be peanuts once TRW glides effortlessly through 80p). | thamestrader
03/12/2001 15:45 | You should be able to deal at least a penny inside the spread. | isis |
