Something catastrophic would have to had happened for them not to meet their targets as the orders wre already booked & half year profits of £600k are already in.
The order book was at £21m at half year December & we've had no profit warnings so on this basis everything would seem OK - the only thing that may spoil the party is their contracts wih SMTF who are now merging with SKIL, but this works both ways.
If everything is right then this price is obscenely low.

Hi Phil, bought in myself today a small tranche as well as ARE.
The ARE directors bought yesterday, hopefully a good sign.
Feel that TRW have been tarred with the same brush as all other
software companies with negative sentiment in abundance.

Just bought a slug of these.

Last results and commentary suggest the share price has been unduly hammered with the rest of the tech sector. Growth potential is enormous and they make a profit too ;o)

PE of around 3 is just plain silly for a company performing this well that also holds cash in the bank.

It would be a bit rich to issue a profit warning now with 3 weeks to year end. I think we should be safe at least on current guidance & Director comments.

nearly all buys in last couple of weeks,price has to move up shortly imo market sentiment is keeping price static as soon as this changes its going to fly.way undervalued

I think it's a case of whether you are prepared to trust what the director says, he's not giving anything away about current trading, just a more general opinion that the share fall is unwarranted.

But they didn't say that trading remains on target and they hope to meet or even beat (I know, I can dream) analysts forecasts (or did they, I don't have Techinvest)! Not sure the phrase no news is good news applies here.

Techinvest have spoken to the company and reckon the fall in the share price is not justified. They reckon there could be a trading update around the end of June.
