27/4/2017 19:51 | Can`t see how sackings and pay cuts will help now. If anything it will send the wrong signals to investors and the City. We know H2 will be slightly worse than H1 so we can only pin our hopes on Translogik coming through eventually and maybe Siemens coming out of the woodwork. Personally,I will sit on my hands and resist the temptation to sell or buy until prospects become clearer though as far as selling is concerned,by then it might be too late! | piggyinthemiddle
27/4/2017 14:32 | Yes I reckon there is 150k to cut in Directors remuneration which is significant when cash burn is probably 1.6m per annum. | amt
27/4/2017 11:41 | Have there been any itrack deals at all. It would be nice if they could report just one deal to show there is genuine interest. MC if yoh are correct about long lead times then why werent they realistic when they reported ye financials. They should have learnt to be realistic by now. | amt
27/4/2017 10:52 | I hope you're right. The picture I got at the last meeting was certainly longer than a couple of months: once you factor in completing the test period, negotiating what form of deal is agreed, getting formal sign off, and then finding opportunities to instal - after this the money can role in. I guess we'll see soon enough. Edit: Due to the price action, I wouldn't be surprised if the BOD announces an itrack deal which would hitherto have been deemed too small for RNS. I certainly wouldn't complain if they did. | major courtenay
27/4/2017 10:45 | Major Courtenay The board dont seem to think so they reckoned the lead time was a few months according to prediction of orders in early 2017. | amt

27/4/2017 10:41 | Amt, the lead time on itrack can be pretty long. I would be very surprised if there's meaningful news by June. More likely a year IMO. Whilst there is money to last for two years, the problem is the deterring effect the share price may have on potential customers. | major courtenay
27/4/2017 10:33 | I think we should cut one salary completely. Since a certain person joined the board it's been downhill all the way! | pru dent
27/4/2017 10:24 | Problem is its impossible to sell shares in any volume so have to just go with it now in the hope that the promised orders for itrack although delayed come through in the next month or two. If nothing comes through by June Directors will need to cut costs starting with their own salaries. | amt
27/4/2017 10:06 | Well I suppose they could release a statement saying the shareholders have absolutely no confidence in them! Do you think that would help? | piggyinthemiddle
27/4/2017 10:02 | At what point does the BOD have to make a statement regarding the reasons (known or unknown) for large price movements? | major courtenay
27/4/2017 09:42 | Nobody`s buying! | piggyinthemiddle
27/4/2017 09:34 | Now we know why the BOD aren't buying. | dutch123

27/4/2017 08:25 | Well,we keep going down,at this rate we`ll be into the low 50`s pretty soon. We`ve got money to last out for a couple of more years but I`m losing confidence in the directors being able to deliver. Unfortunately we don`t have much choice now but to grimly sit it out and hope something turns up. Very disappointing considering the great technology we have! | piggyinthemiddle
26/4/2017 17:18 | Indeed! ... I really don't get on with this Apple keyboard! | sojourno

26/4/2017 14:16 | Peter, apols. Typo. meant 12! (It's a 12 month chat.) | sojourno
26/4/2017 13:38 | The reason for the drooping share price has nothing to do with the consolidation. It is drooping because iTrack sales are taking longer than expected, and the confidence that they will happen in quantity and in time is diminishing. The spike in March when some web site reported wrongly that TRT were going to announce their results shortly reflected the hope that the hurried early announcement was triggered by the first new iTrack firm order. A decent iTrack order will do wonders for the share price. But if they can't close the orders, they can't close the orders. No point in griping. | gnnmartin
26/4/2017 13:34 | For 2 read 12. But yes, depressing. All I would say is that if a 10k sell does that, imagine the elasticity the other way. One day, Rodders... | major courtenay
26/4/2017 13:26 | Up over the last two months Soj? | peterblok
26/4/2017 13:19 | Geko... The theory was part of the capital restructuring to attract institutional investment (and allow dividends to be paid). The assumption is that the BoD and NOMAD are expecting that to be possible in the not too distant future. Of course the best thing to attract institutional investment is a positive newsflow. | sojourno
26/4/2017 13:15 | Still up over the last 12 months (corrected typo), but AIM SPs always fall in a news vacuum. | sojourno
26/4/2017 12:59 | In my experience, I've said it time and time again...share consolidation never ever works for the investor. Every share I have owned that has taken that route has dropped and usually alarmingly. Today's fall is typical of how the city works. Our directors are to blame being advised and suckered in by a load of shysters. Just what were they thinking? Having to pay for such advice and then being rogered after the event is how it all works. Glad I sold out once it was mooted as the only way was down taking into account the dire lack of updates which this company excels at. | digger2779
26/4/2017 12:49 | Does anyone have a plausible theory as to why the company did the share consolidation. Did they think it was easier to get from £1.00 to a penny than from 1p to .01? | geko5trade |
