Turns out that Simon Thompson of Investors Chronicle, a keen observer of Trakm8 is on holiday this week ... I'm sure that when he gets back he'll have something to say about the trading update that was published last Tuesday,

On the subject of RNS updates regarding contracts etc. my own opinion is that the BoD made a conscious decision to keep things very quiet and low key following on the new year shenanigans. I do recall that JW said very specifically that we shouldn't expect to hear anything before the April update in his interview at that time.

From a company point of view though, RNS announcements are almost 100% ideal. The company gets to write them and so controls content, they get to decide exactly when they are published and confidentiality prior to publication is almost guaranteed. Plus any serious investor will have access to them and they are preserved and searchable historically.

All in time Arcadian, we don't need to rush it. By July people will be aware of growth here, then results will show exploding profits and then people will pile in.

What surprised me a lot is why none of these fabulous contracts got announced with an RNS. BT Fleet, Kubota, Iceland are all big ones. They announced smaller ones before.

Looks like they don't want to create attention here yet as if they plan something much bigger. Maybe another acquisition is planned soon? Or a big expansion abroad?

With recurring revenue keep rising 50% every year TRAK will be a cash cow soon. Dividend can rise substantially in next couple of years. These are easy money coming in margins must be 80% +

I regret being fully invested right now but soon will not be and will top up again. Bloody Brexit messing with my plans.

Maybe this might help

The fourth annual Small Cap Awards nominations sponsored by ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange (ISDX) are announced as follows:
IPO of the Year
Bilby ; Curtis Banks; Gear4music; Premier Technical Services Group; Stride Gaming Company of the Year Bioventix; Crawshaw; James Cropper; Trakm8 Impact

but I am disappointed that PS and ST have not updated their views in the light of the recent trading statement.

Thanks Mike, always nice to read your take on TRAK.

I believe if Simon Thompson updates his tip again that's all we need. By July when results are in and profits soar people will have realized what this is imo.

The dividend now opened doors to a world of different investors and will attract lots more attention.

scapital - accrillium is my pet troll (several handles). Apologies he's not been house trained yet. :)

Mind you at least if I keep him busy then he's not bothering anyone else.

He doesn't know any facts yet either.

Writz 227 - about a week was my view on the time it takes for frightened investors to sell out, TW to buy back in and generally for people to take stock and realise that he is spouting garbage. Take each case on its merits.

What we lack at the moment is a little bit of attention ... the institutions can't buy in as there is so little liquidity available -- for them to get in will need a placing or a concerted selling by the really big shareholders (in this case the board of directors). We've seen both mechanisms in recent history.

All the smaller, private, investors that know of the stock are already in to their comfort level ... and we need some new blood to provide the demand that will move the price higher. It won't take much, but to get that new blood we need some attention from the rest of the investment community. A few return visits by the comment sheets and bloggers that were spotlighting TRAK in the autumn time would do it very nicely. Once we close for 2-3 days with a 10% gain say, 305,335,360 then momentum will take over and it will be impossible to keep a lid on it.

So if you know any bloggers, any financial columnists, pundits or hacks, perhaps prompting them to revisit their reports of last autumn might be a good idea!
