21/11/2017 17:29 | The slightest fart and this lot collapses. IMO. THATS WHY IT IS GOING NOWHERE. AND............when it farts and its panties fall down it will CRASH AND BURN. Only a matter of time before people realise the emperor is wearing no clothes. In my opinion. | larva
21/11/2017 17:09 | SRCL (the UK parent) looks a possibility Although our origins are in healthcare waste, the SRCL Group now offers much more, such as: patient transport, patient communications, healthcare courier services, compliance tools and training. | microscope
21/11/2017 17:02 | graham, I can't see them as a good fit... Micro, good post... They did say they were looking at 4 possible acquisitions and were hoping to complete 2 this year.. Vocare was one... they did also say that it maybe too late to complete another this year... Best to get things right than rush through... "The Group has identified a strong pipeline of potential acquisitions in the UK outsourced healthcare sector. Of the identified pipeline, the Directors have a preferred list of four target companies although no formal approaches or negotiations have yet begun. The anticipated consideration for the pipeline of acquisitions identified by the Group ranges from GBP3 million to GBP15 million with the pipeline of acquisitions having revenue of up to GBP60 million." | sikhthetech
21/11/2017 16:40 | Yeah he mentioned two companies they were looking at quite clearly Vocare was one. ERS medical don't seem to have major contracts although they do see to have quite a few medical staff. Will have another look for potential targets later. | grahamwales
21/11/2017 16:24 | graham, good posts... Not sure if Ersmedical is going to be a good fit... need to look at it a bit more... TLY already support some Prison systems, so it would be fairly easy to be a provider for failed asylum seekers... interesting... | sikhthetech
21/11/2017 16:20 | Thinking of putting buy order in to buy at 17p But it may go lower | larva
21/11/2017 16:20 | Doctors joining private companies? | grahamwales
21/11/2017 15:52 | The sale is expected to be completed by the end of 2017. | grahamwales
21/11/2017 15:44 | Up for sale. | grahamwales
21/11/2017 14:37 | Sikh In that interview Bob said they are looking at a company that deal with failed asylum seekers. Start researching as that could be the next target takeover for Totally | grahamwales
21/11/2017 14:27 | Worth watching if not seen before, got rid of Totally board previously. | grahamwales
21/11/2017 14:09 | Give Bob time I'm sure he'll weed out the weak doesn't seem to pull any punches when getting rid of weak staff. | grahamwales
21/11/2017 13:49 | They should ditch the old incompetent management from vocare/northern docs if they want to progress otherwise good money after bad. Share price down and more bad press. Sort it out Wendy & bob. hxxps://www.cqc.org. | thegrassisgreener
21/11/2017 12:51 | District nurse numbers under pressure "So when the hospitals have a big surge in referrals or a big surge in bed management, we often see the outcome of that." "Official figures also show a 46.4% drop in full-time district nurses working for the NHS in England from May 2010 to July 2017. Some of that drop may be down to nurses moving to work for other health organisations outside the NHS." "Keeping patients like Colin at home rather than in hospital is central to plans for the future of the NHS in England." | sikhthetech
21/11/2017 09:55 | Integrated Urgent Care | grahamwales
21/11/2017 09:54 | 1 in 5 people who attend A&E don't get admitted and could have seen a doctor. | grahamwales
20/11/2017 22:07 | Those ii’s Will, want more shares in future imo. They won’t want the price down here on the next placing they will pressure the market makers wether it through further purchases or just their influence. Wouldn’t surprise me if Bob pulls out of Mears to concentrate on TLY and build it into another Mears. I will want to add quite a bit more before that happens though :-) | grahamwales
20/11/2017 21:52 | Pug, Majority of IIs hold as they have faith in BH, given the way he built Mears plc... Maybe those IIs will continue to hold whilst BH can continue to deliver and show the group is growing... There's nothing to suggest those IIs are selling nor that the BoD are not delivering on their 'Add and Grow' strategy... | sikhthetech
20/11/2017 21:34 | Pug Yeah got it the only ones locked in at the moment I believe are the two brothers from Vocare. So it’s those that are locked in and directors who are counted? | grahamwales
20/11/2017 21:30 | gw_ Yes but major shareholders are not (imo) locked in - There is nothing (unless I have missed something in the IPO documentation) but they are locked in to the extent that they could not sell in the market without trashing the price and even then might not be able to find buyers - Probably the only way they could sell would be to find another institution wanting to buy. Anyway roll on Wednesday - Could change the picture - | pugugly
20/11/2017 20:15 | Ok got it, where shares are locked in or held by directors. Make it about 28% of shares available at the moment. Around 72% currently accounted for in latest major shareholders. | grahamwales
20/11/2017 20:06 | Up to date holding, what I was trying to find out was the 15% not in public hands. | grahamwales
20/11/2017 19:39 | graham, Major Shareholders: Pg 33 of Allenby's report, 30th Oct, shows 73.01% in Major IIs hands.... Taking the number in Director's hands as 2.25% (pg111 of Vocare Admission document - plus recent director buying)... The total is approx 75.25%, around 45m shares.. 59,795, 172 in issue... so around 75% in Major shareholders + directors hands...So around 25% not... From reading various posts several PIs have 100k-220k each... | sikhthetech
