Loss making companies shunting assets around from one to another, just need a bit more time (and funding) .....

reichsmart, I don't recall you referring to a Valkor deal prior to 7.00am today! Neither has any shareholder seen anything substantive about the deal. Until there is a deal on the table it is all speculative, as the RNS clearly indicates.

Just a word of warning but generally last minute stitched together deals tend to unbundle pretty quickly. The provenance of this deal is not good - but it may of course just be a 45 day smoke screen. Eh!

i think you need to get more busy now fenners as lopo has left. I think the penny has dropped with him that the deal with Valkor is about to be completed. He will have been tipped of by the ex ned and he will now slope off under his rock never to be seen again.

It will take you a little longer to put the pieces together but I predict in 6 weeks (or less) you will also dissapear. In the meantime crack on.

Now TOM need another $1.5m + and Valkor have the funds ... ?

But no one knows if the 3rd party is Valkor as the RNS does mysteriously not say....

The gamblers have allegedly found some info on Valkor.

So is that why Valkor backed out of being a 50/50 partner in Greenfield , as I mused before , that decision means they remove the Greenfield risk and the funding requirement?

In order to concentrate on "drilling oil sands " not solvent treating tar sands... ?

Meanwhile any work that Greenfield would ever need doing would be market rate at arms length.....

so they earn an interest in the HDL leases, but I now see what they are doing. They test the process on the TAR Sands lease that we are securing and they have 100% ownership.

Makes a lot of sense and is probably the reason for the delay. Valkor are due to complete that deal today (or when approved by the regulator). I would imagine they need this in place before they can complete with Greenfield on the new funding deal.

All sellers must be completely crackers imo.

Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited Signs Two Memoranda of Understanding with Valkor Technologies LLC

Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited announced that it has signed two Memoranda of Understanding ("MOU") with Valkor Technologies LLC ("Valkor") whereby Valkor can earn an interest in HCD's Utah project by funding the next two phases of exploration, appraisal and development. In the first MOU Valkor will initially fund the drilling and production testing of three vertical wells or one vertical well and one horizontal well, utilising HCD Multi-Flow as part of the trial. Should Valkor complete this within 12 months, they will have the right earn up to a 65% interest by funding a continuous drilling programme of an additional 2 vertical wells or one horizontal well per quarter. The MOU relates to the deeper oil sands within HCD's leases. In the second MOU Valkor can earn up to an 87.5% interest in the shallow ("mineable") oil sands in HCD's Utah leases by initially completing a preliminary study to determine the feasibility to mine the oil sands within the leases. Valkor will also spend a minimum of $250,000 assessing the applicability of HCD Multi-Flow in the mining process. To earn its interest Valkor will then need to engineer, install and operate the oil sands mining and processing facilities. The MOU's are not binding and both HCD and Valkor will now proceed to finalise binding agreements.

Click on each one.....and see all the Valkor stuff

Valkor LLC entered into an agreement to acquire interests in the Utah oil sands project from Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited (ASX:HCD) for $0.5 million on July 12, 2021. The consideration is paid in cash and an ongoing 2% revenue based royalty. HCD has received a deposit of $0.1 million associated with the sale. Valkor has also committed to test HCD’s technology in three wells in the project area within six months of the completion of the sale. The sale is scheduled to be concluded at the earlier of September 29, 2021 or when assignment documentation has been approved by the regulator.

almost 60m traded before 11am. More than the usual full daily volume. I think the panic sellers are drying up.
