PROPERLY run companies would have informed the market. But JP does things his way as he has done throughout his period of stewardship. Apparently you know him so perhaps you could tell him the natives would like to know what is happening if it not too inconvenient. BOTH THE BAD AS WELL AS THE GOOD VERY KINDLY.

Reichsmart, if it was such an easy decision to take on the 10% deposit as you elude to in your posts, then the decision would have been takenand the RNS would have been issued.

The danger after this frothing exercise is that if the Board fudge it for another 30 days then doubts will creep in. At that point the price floor will crash unless the financing cavalry turns up. Very little chance (see Fenners post)

If financing is the cavalry, warrants are the pioneer corps. Don't hold your breath.

re the share price. I can see why some would sell at this level. The share price fell back last time we got here. The difference this time is that transformational news is due any day now.

If they sign off on the Tar Sands Land and are moving forward towards the first 5,000 bopd plant with the sand sales on top what is the market value. Certainly not £10m. I would suggest at least £50m at that point.

TOM itself is NOT a proposition for outside finance. It has accumulated losses by the bucket load, questionable leases in value terms and little else other than possibly a small cash balance. No sensible funder would touch TOM or Greenfield. How do you raise finance on effectively a no asset situation? SL and RMART are clutching at straws for reasons apparent to themselves. If no realistic plan by Thursday, BOARD may have to come clean with investors and face inevitable. Pointless to carry on and incur more costs.

Hi Stuart .. I have read fenner's posts on other threads and I think he likes discussing the pitfalls in risky AIM plays, as he sees them. This is what he does with his day and enjoys the arguments.

He is looking at the discussion on TOMco as TOMco will fail because ..

I do agree that he is not looking to buy and will disappear when the doubts he has raised have gone.

Of course he has no intention of buying.

The other poster only posts on TOMco threads and is a different animal and has different motives.

Hi V .. I think we will either go up dramatically on the RNS news that we have purchased TS2 this week and go up a lot OR fall if there is another 1 month delay. I don't see consolidation as a likely option.
