Tomco warns of funding uncertainty , Says it all , they have no money and cannot raise any money. There's only one outcome now and that's to go into liquidation

Previous operators have drilled around INK’s acreage
indicating an oil saturated reservoir 27-53 metres thick
at depths from 60-914m. Published results (UGS) from
6 wells drilled within INK’s acreage report oil saturation
of 65.6% of 10-140 API oil in sandstones with porosity
of 30.3% & permeability of 524 mD.

Ans as such can see why they did not go for a farm in as they want to go it as 100% owner.
Also this reservoir may well be half in our block.

by the way, the lease that valkor is taking is 3400 acres+, lots of room for more 5,000bopd plants in return for the deeper oil sands.

Ask yourself why Lopo has dissapeared. He knows.

Dont ask WILSON, he knows less than you!

Clearly the mining report and reserve report were positive as they allowed the DD to be completed, to what we believe to be the lenders criteria. I will be expecting some detail to be announced to Tomco’s shareholders (owners) on these soon! The reserve report should be especially interesting reading!

and that has what relevance exactly ?"

You mean looking at accounts and published data to do.....
..... research ?
I can see how that may confuse, some.

Strangely enough this is from their 26th May 2021 AGM presentation

"HCD signed MOU with Valkor that envisaged Valkor
would fund 3 vertical wells or 1 horizontal well to earn
up to 65% in deeper areas and up to 85% in the shallow
‘mineable̵7; areas. Valkor has not completed the farm in
and are unlikely to do so."

its all good vauch. I think Valkor will be revealed as the party funding the 10% land deal as soon as their deal with HDL is completed. It will be being kept under wraps until then hence the 6 week extention. I dont think it will be 6 weeks. There will be a lot of lee way in there.

Can this be the area where previous samples have come from.
And they want to check extension and depth

From HDL webb site

The information from previous operators has demonstrated an oil saturated reservoir approximately 90-175’ (27-53 metres) thick, at a depth range of between 200-3000’ (60-914 metres).

Based on previous results published on the Utah Geological Survey website of more than 330 core samples from six test wells drilled in the sections adjacent to HCD’s acreage, the target zone has reported reservoir properties that include an average porosity of 30.3%, average permeability of 524 millidarcies, oil saturation of 65.6% and an oil gravity of 10-140API.
