Sorry Ducky, yes there may well be risks, but I don’t see any risks. Why? Because the sand is a game-changer for an oil company. Starting off with a head-start of approx $20 profit per barrel of oil profit for free. No other oil producer has that advantage. Plus clean oil. No drilling costs. So, let’s see what the off-takes amount too.

Nobody has changed their mind at all. The rationale being used by me and others is….

If the payment is made to purchase the initial 10% of TS2 then you can take that as a very big indicator that the follow on funding has been agreed in principle as the company would be mad to make the purchase without some sort of understanding that the funding will follow.

At the AGM, Tomco confirmed that with the additional due diligence identified by Zac Philips they expect the funding to be fully signed off by the end of the year and that they will conclude the 10% purchase when those 2 items of due diligence are complete. They also confirmed that the money to purchase the 10% was there for them to use.

As long as the respect/due diligence/prudence it deserves is applied then it is not a disaster if it doesn’t happen by 1st October (and I still think it will). If it is further delayed by a week or two or month then so be it.

I am surprised that a few of our respected posters are over on the dark-side talking
to Fatman and Robing. Who are quite obviously not trying to save us from ourselves.
They enjoy the attention you are giving them and will feed off it. You are also making that the TOMco thread to read rather than this one.

The Greenfield business model is excellent and it is quite likely that we will get
the finance we require.

But I think everyone here is aware that there are risks.

I think that TS2 will be purchased. I expect that the 10 percent will be paid by Friday but am aware that another month's delay is not beyond the realms of possibility.

The proprietorship of Greenfield by a small AIM Isle of Man registered company may not be seen by US as the most scintillating proposition and due diligence of lenders may have / could possibly have questioned various aspects of the setup.
Dealing with US parties mainly from UK is not the easiest task as some will know.
