I fully expected a fudge but not of this proportion. It is only to buy time. Unfortunately TOM has just loaded up with gamblers whose time horizon is c 48hrs, and this delays a decision 45 days. There is no convergence of interest.

This will drop like a stone.

There us plenty if at various depth economically, but it was the pollution that was going to be produced from bitumen. Its all in the process if getting it out if the ground with minimum or zero pollution to the land .

I did say on my previous post we could possibly test our turboshale equipment as there was deeper oil shale on the lease from the 2013 resource report

There has been for many years now been a horrible change to how markets react to news. Traders do not care for facts just a fast Dollar to fill their back pockets. I have traded a bit on many other shares as side venture and done ok but its not proper investing, its like selling your new build house before you put the roof on.

Its very good news, for the impatient its a bummer.

Wilson you are assuming that he has not already sold into the rise generated by the ramping of the straw man 10% deposit. When you hear about reichsmart making money from his share trading activities, think of all the less savvy small investors who have lost money.

So potentialy they are about to get approx $1to$2m of totally unexpected income. This was not factored in at all and is a fantastic bonus. This means no placing required as all the cash they had left in the bank is ringfenced and will get the company through 12 months to completion of the plant.

Unless you are a day or two trader this is excellent news.

Finance ONLY to get as far as the deposit , NOT the full monty.

Nothing delivered by the deadline....

Not what the gamblers were saying as they thought funds were already in place for the deposit.

10% of the land is useless without funds to build a plant.....

Now WHY did they enter into the "option" agreement again ?

Cannot be too many big oil companies working on land adjacent to ours so surely now this potential partners identity can be uncovered

Will be seen as a delay yes but a potential link up with this soon to be known major oil company adding further revenue streams to the bottom line further derisking the project will certainly be seen as a big positive imho
