"however there can be no certainty that a suitable agreement will be reached with this or another third party or as to the terms of any such funding."

Some of us understand that statement....
some don't.

Now the due diligence exercise was in order to get funds to buy the 10% - not $110m (or whatever figure for the plant).

Surely that goes against everything the gamblers thread had said ?

But what is this?

" the third party would potentially provide sufficient funding to Greenfield to enable up to five wells to be drilled on TSHII's land"

Drilling wells ? Is that the same process as using CORT ?
Never heard CORT described as drilling wells

As far as the fudge - expected another $100k for 30 days , instead they negotiated hard .....

and got 45 days for $200k !!

No doubt rmart will believe this is fantastic....

Somewhere in my previous posts I did mention loan finance paid back at a cut per brl of oil ...I didn't foresee it would be from oil produced from a deeper resource

Win win win

FN ... if the logic of we only pay the deposit if the 100% finance is available is correct ...surely the finance provider will provide early funds to cover any shortfall.

I'd expect the loan repayment to be a £x per barrel of oil produced and calculated so that the loan is repaid ..50 to 70 % of the way through the project ...or sooner if if margins allow

I think so,They are going to drill 5 well, pay for infrastructure and give us money upfront,And now we have deeper resourcesThis must be the major oil company we sent samples to,

Not sure if I am reading this right but another company paying the 10% and potentially developing the resources on our land beneath those mined for our processes which therefore opens up further revenue streams and potentially royalty payments. All are extra to go on to Tomco bottom line thus making the whole project potentially more viable and a bigger money spinner than before certainly further de risking the whole project.

If we get this agreement it will de risk further any additional bank funding required

Well there's a new angle , joint exploration of the assets , one at a deeper level , with an up front payment from our cut of the deeper resources ,,financing the deposit

The Cash flows and the NPV just got even better !

Straight fudge. No cash problem here then. Just wondering whether the Directors have concerns over fiduciary duty and exercising the deposit.

Just out of interest why is a deposit non-refundable if the deal is subject to due diligence?

Momentum traders who have driven this up will bomb this today.

Looks like they have found a funding route.Greenfield is currently in detailed discussions with a third party which is funding an extensive in-situ oil production programme adjacent to TSHII's land, accessing resources deeper than Greenfield envisages mining for its purposes. As part of these discussions, the third party would potentially provide sufficient funding to Greenfield to enable up to five wells to be drilled on TSHII's land along with the requisite infrastructure, with an associated 'off-take' agreement serving to provide sufficient upfront funding to enable Greenfield to acquire the initial 10% of the Membership Interests in TSHII to be repaid from the sale of the oil produced.

We will rise on signing of of 10% land deal and general funding update, then reserves update, then signing of offtake agreements. On agreement of funding of $110m plant with strategic investors/partners we will be a $50m plus company. And all in the next 3 months

Mixi on t'other thread: "I think it might be safe to say that today’s sells are not investors."

Aside from the usual misnomers about Mixi and thinking, his point is an oxymoron. There are no investors in TOM - only gamblers, ergo they are not investors.

They do appear to have the $1.7m, to that extent Damac is correct, but from indirect management comment they do not then appear to have the necessary working capital to give themselves a proper chance of obtaining the finance. Ergo they will need to either place more shares, or cross fingers and hope that the warrant holders bail out the shareholders.

If I were a warrant holder I might just be tempted to approach the company and enquire whether they wanted to place below the exercise price. I still have a placing at 0.3p to 0.4p in mind. That might just drag the gamblers out of bed.

That TOM is to the wire again says everything.

Many thanks damac, I stand corrected, I did realise my mistake after, my main point was that if they are successful with regards to the two outstanding items and they pay the additional 1.7m, surely that confidence suggests that the $110m additional finance would hopefully be in an advanced stage.

They sell the oil and they sell the sand, that's a bottom line of 20/brl cost
