28/9/2021 10:18 | stuart you know the Only thing that matters to this company - in order for it to have any business - is to get someone to lend them up to $150m . Without that , after apparently having abandoned their RF tech the company has nothing. If they get the funding then they have to put it too work or face the same outcome as the owner of Tar Sands before them.... What happens with supply and demand for the shares in the meantime is not going to get them $150m so right now they are a pure gamble on whether someone can say yes. If you are in profit now do you sell ? Or do you await the decision, whenever that happens ? And if it's a No will you say goodbye to any profit ? Alternatively you can go to a casino and get a much swifter outcome.... | ![]() fenners66
28/9/2021 10:18 | Get some more bought vauchy lad , get them on your credit card if you haven't got the cash , what's to lose if the share price is going to 5p | ![]() wilson2
28/9/2021 10:17 | Ducky, you have them as Fatman and Robing, I see them as the chuckle brothers | ![]() vauch
28/9/2021 10:16 | I hope we can have a consolidation around this level | ![]() vauch
28/9/2021 10:15 | Fatman and Robing on the other thread are obviously intelligent people. They both write well. But what I cannot understand is why they haven't been buying TOMco shares. After all they are posting 24/7 .. they must see the signs that the share price was going to go up even if it was done on, as they see it, hype. So are they as intelligent as I said mmmmmmm. It could be that they have been secretly buying but haven't told us. | ![]() ducky fuzz
28/9/2021 10:13 | Dont count on it Rmart as I dont think they understand what a warrant is | ![]() vauch
28/9/2021 10:09 | Dont deter them Stuart, they have pushed up the share price keep at it lads | ![]() vauch
28/9/2021 10:09 | Yes he's right. Apart from the incorrect bits, which are wrong. And plentiful. | ![]() stuart little
28/9/2021 10:06 | Didn't you suggest a negative Bloomberg story last week, just before our price rose 60%? I presume you've concluded your 'research' and decided not to buy?Where will you be looking next? Might I suggest zphr. But don't take 4 months this time, it'll be 10p by then. | ![]() stuart little
28/9/2021 10:06 | You absolutely right fenner, | ![]() wilson2
28/9/2021 10:00 | Oil analyst on Bloomberg just said looking at the rig counts in the US $75-80 a barrel is not enough to divert capital to oil and gas vs the pressure to not invest in hydrocarbon energy. In other words , it is much harder a proposition to get financiers to put up capital despite the implications that oil will be profitable.... Imagine having almost zero employees, a track record of failure and delays, no proprietary technology, no suitable land , no plant despite recently having spent $1.5m on one, a terrible balance sheet, no cash flow, the threat of no working partner, and going cap in hand asking for up to $150m on the back of that backdrop.... | ![]() fenners66
28/9/2021 09:48 | One thing is for certain, the kids over on the other thread did not want to see the share price raise into possible warrant territory. It will destroy their constant pathetic placing theory. | rmart
28/9/2021 09:36 | Outstanding warrants (in order of expiry)... I have been told that the first 2 batches will actually expire in February 2022 due to a screw up by Andrew Jones. Whoever took part in placing - 71,153,846 warrants at an exercise price of 1.5p for a period of 2 years from 04.12.19 - Potential value to Tomco = £1,067,307 Turner Pope - 8,538,462 warrants at an exercise price of 0.65p for a period of 2 years from 04.12.19 - Potential value to Tomco = £55,500 Whoever took part in the placing - 187,500,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.8p for a period of 2 years from 08.07.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £1,500,000 Turner Pope - 4,125,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.4p for a period of 2 years from 08.07.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £16,500 Whoever took part in the placing - 388,888,888 warrants at an exercise price of 0.9p for a period of 2 years from 30.11.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £3,500,000 Novum Securities -46,666,666 warrants at an exercise price of 0.45p for a period of 2 years from 30.11.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £210,000 | ![]() damac

28/9/2021 09:12 | 388888888 New warrants @ 0.9p NSL issued 46666666 warrants @ 0.45p for two years These were issued in the November 2020 placing 22.5 million warrants issued to TDI/NSL @0.4p for 2 years (2nd July 2020) They would have to issue an RNS if any are exercised Directors also have options and I am sure there are others floating around Do we know if any have been sold since April 2021 | ![]() vauch
28/9/2021 09:12 | There's .8 and .9 and some at 1.5 that expire soon. | ![]() stuart little
28/9/2021 09:11 | I thought the warrants are at .9 not .8 and have any of the previous warrants been sold | ![]() vauch
28/9/2021 09:10 | rmart .. For the big boys I think a placing is a good thing. Ie discount on the share price and they'll get more warrants. Of course placings are a requirement for all companies like TOMco. Without cash companies can't survive. For my part I am happy with the expected placing around Xmas for working capitol purposes. | ![]() ducky fuzz
28/9/2021 09:05 | Ducky, some large holders have warrants and in this case it is not all about profit. If they get 0.8p for their shares and take the warrants it helps the company with cash. They will still profit from the shares as the price moves up again with no placing. | rmart
28/9/2021 08:56 | If I had taken part in the placing and was a TOMco shareholder and also held warrants I think it would be sensible to keep the warrants and buy at the last possible moment. If I had taken part in the placing and was NOT NOW a TOMco shareholder and also held warrants I would be looking to take up the warrants and sell them ASAP for a profit. | ![]() ducky fuzz
28/9/2021 08:51 | Must have been an RNS - oh where is it. 80% up on conjecture and a little frothing. Eh! | ![]() the diddymen
28/9/2021 08:50 | You are possibly correct Stu. If I had warrants at 0.8p I would be tempted to sell some and take the warrants thereby putting cash in the company I am invested in and avoiding any need for a placing. Now that would be a good move wouldnt it? Then I would have the same amount of shares and a stronger company and very little dilution. | rmart
28/9/2021 08:48 | WILSON2, Why are investors buying? MUST BE BECAUSE TOMMY IS GOING WAY HIGHER EH? | rmart
28/9/2021 08:45 | I was thinking last night that .8 might be a tough nut to crack, certainly without news. Some warrant holders might take the first opportunity to derisk some of their holding anything above. But looking strong so far. | ![]() stuart little |
