But how many times have you repeated - it's going up etc both here and elsewhere? These are dangerous times for TOM. ANY more delays / excuses could really dent confidence in this entity. The Board have got to perform - not give subject to promises which are not fulfilled. The chairman is a smart operator - let's see.

reichsmart it is probably in response to the unreal claims that you are making about the availability of cash to TOM.

You know as well as I do that TOM will need cash for working capital. It can be kept to a minimum, but they need cash and it is not going to come cheap.

Frankly there is no point running it to the wire unless they need to. My adage has always been to hold back on bad news until you have to disclose it.

If the Board cannot raise the working capital then they have no other option but to fudge the much vaunted option purchase by another month. You however know that the knife is starting to fall at that point and the more speed the harder it will be to catch.

Nirvana is a finance deal in the bag, but you know why I think that is incredible.

If the Board has or is to pay out a further $100,000 so called option money, it also may be dead money, then it has to be the right time for the Board to call in outside experts to review the sands and RF projects to assess whether either are realistically going concerns, capable of being adequately funded by TOM and capable of being profitable.
