WILSON2, in all of my years on advfn I have never come across anyone less relevant than you. You are a real crack pot. As for lopodop, he is clearly under the influence of an ex director who was booted out for being useless. Now fenners, well that one just tries and fails miserably to be clever. The Diddymen is an obvious bitter old twisted ex holder who lost his money in Tom by listening to others as he has no mind of his own.

Have a nice evening, tomorrow is another day, but for you lot just another Groundhog Day to post the same old same old.

Spikes were higher then and troughs still followed.

This is a micro-cap share they are prone to going up on hope.

But will they get a business going ?

Demand for tomco shares is currently massively outstripping supply. Ask yourself why? A very small percentage, if any, will be influenced from these boards. Therefore there is confidence from the wider investment community that now is the time to buy. Tomco are bringing in various advisors with industry knowledge therefore there will be 'loose lips'. Simple really.

rmart - I am glad you did not lump me in with your criticism of "made up nonsense" since as earlier , all I have done is quoted the RNS's - surely you are not accusing , the Directors of making up "nonsense" ?

A share price rising is Not factual evidence of the company getting funding and leading you to the "promised land" it is merely a function of supply and demand and as you can see from the chart has happened without any business progress many times


To be clear - you categorically state that the deposit for the land will be paid by the 1st Oct 2021 - yes?

JUST LIKE MOST SERIOUS INVESTORS, you are wobbling and uncertain on the prospects.
No disgrace because there can be no certainty on the successful outcome of the funding negotiations. Only a fool would sign this off as matters stand at present. The Board themselves may find it difficult to visualise TOM's future and it may puzzle them why you are so confident. JP has minimal business experience and qualification. The chairman is a smart operator so one has to expect that he will bring all this to fruition if it possible. Even for him, it is a major task and he is of course part-time.

You have evidence to support the land package funding, eg interest, finance term,set offs, penalties, covenants, TOM capitalisation, applicable law, TOM's registration, competition and so on. Who else has access to this guarded information?

Likewise for POSP re funding.

Likewise TOM's working capital requirement.

If land seller defaults, TOM has $300,000, perhaps +$100,000 or + much more on table by 30th, how is TOM's interest ring fenced.
What protective mechanism exists?

But look at it again and think. You seem to be pushing this business for your selfish and greed ridden PERSONAL benefit which could cost investors new and old a sizeable chunk of their assets, BASED UPON HYPOTHETICAL NONSENSE. There is precious little hard evidence that can be relied upon to form a fair judgement of the prospects forTOM. THE EVIDENCE available is subject to this and subject to that but YOU choose to infect innocent parties with your folly. Many investors have been in TOM for years and are sick and tired of this charade and it is a charade as JP himself admitted. Do you really think this is the big one? Why - give investors this evening JUST ONE PIECE of hard evidence - not aspirations -not JP says this or the chairman says this. There isn't and you know it!
