As a matter of common sense I would never invest in a company in which Mixi owns shares. He is a walking liability.

No it is important that like PET and CICG unsophisticated small investors are not drawn in by ridiculous momentum trading.

This is high risk as you can see from the tone of my posts - but if you make money well done. In my view TOM is a basket case with a narrative. (Ask Mixi about CICF's narrative of magic patented fuel - just add water).

We know the potential Valkor shareholding is conditional on financing happening (like everything else here really) so each will have to decide for themself what chance there is of that happening.

But if we just suspend that and talk about what Tomco get for their 29% ?

What does TOM actually get ?
A would be 50/50 partner for any costs and liabilities removed - no help there.
A dilution for current shareholders.
Arguably if they want any further engineering help from Valkor they have to pay for it.

They get a FEED study in Greenfields name , which they already had and have already paid $1.65m + for....
Valkor did the work on the POSP and TOM paid $1.5m for it.....
The POSP having had all that money spent on it , does not belong to Greenfield it belongs to Petroteq , so they don't even get 50% of that , or anything.

So they get the Greenfield license (rather than all the effect and say 50% of the liabilities). Ok this assumes finance is achieved so if there ever is this wonderful profit that some dream of , they get the other 50%.

So why Valkor back out if that is so certain?

Valkor have no money to fund Greenfield?

But this all assumes Greenfield is self funding from debt -so why worry?

They get to charge market rate for any work?
As a large shareholder , get a seat on the board.
Walk away from 50% of potential profit and dilute that to 29% interest in anything that is left over after TOMCO have charged all their admin.....

WILSON2, is just a hanger on with not much to say.
Lopodop is just a rent boy working for an ex director who lost his position.

The others will be gone soon, or will buy in when they realise this is a new TOMCO with a 29% cornerstone investor (Valkor).

Me, well I am looking forward to next week and the diddy desperation.

If the deposit is paid by 1 Oct then the placing will happen (forget the warrants).

Those paying for the placing will get skinned if the finance package is not delivered. What price the placing?

By definition TOM is conditional at the moment. It is penniless and sailing close to the wind.

Would be hard to ram through a takeover with Valkor owning 29%. Hopefully Tomco insurance policy against such an approach ;)
