Nobody is locked in to any share, that is trading. Many are in profit now. I am well in profit. So every bulletin board on advfn is purely for sceptics? I can't have a serious discussion with such stupidity.

First a word of advice - GROW UP AND GROW WISE. Quite apart from the sceptics on this forum who are obvious if you consider their remarks, the majority here are sceptical otherwise they would not post regularly. Each of you has in mind the downside, but you remain buoyed up by each other and remain faithful. Most are locked in anyway; there is no alternative than to have faith in your and their judgement. It's time for self assessment; three and a half days for nerve control - perhaps an anti depressant from your doctor might assist a strong whisky. You could be right still!

JP will be so pleased with the promotional help TOM is receiving at this board. But try a less intense style, be nonchalant. Otherwise your style may be read as slightly desperate. If you accept what the board has told you publicly, how can it not happen?

I would also think that the contracts to source and build the new plants (right up Valkor's street) for Tomco generates a huge new revenue stream for them even before you also include the 29% stake in Tomco moving forward.

To say that this relationship as it now stands suits Valkor is an understatement as it is now in their interests to ensure that the status quo remains and Tomco goes from strength to strength.

Further on my discounted cashflow and NPV musings

Right now the future cash flows and NPV of this share are being well under valued or de-risked ..whichever term turns you on

And I think as we go past milestones and the cash flows are de risked obviously the NPV will rise but Tom being Tom , the share price will rise but lag true value

This will make Tom a juicy worm dangling before potential takeout merchants

But , having thought about it , the Valkor 29% interest has calmed me ...

I think Valkor in their private discussions with Tom ..now " know" the target takeout price ..the controlling interests want ..
And it's not low !!

That's why rather than focusing on their PQE licences they're going to support Tom and focus their energy on their other business interests

Their 29% interest will deliver them the value they're looking for !
