I'm happy with that, keep the option open should the finance arrangements take more time. I'd like to think we are considering options for the best return rather than being hasty.

In summary to keep it simple

By 1-10-21 they have had Five months to pay the deposit.
They have avoided paying for it without finance.
Finance not likely to be sorted until ....?
Conclude chances are NO deposit paid this week, contrary to what rmart thinks

What happens then?
Another $100k spent , on an option ?
