Well well, I thought the board would be buzzing with cat from those that attended.
Have they all signed secrecy agreements.
Morning all.

Too many part timers involved in this operation. Usually predicts failure. Costs must be racking up with all the experts adding their bits. Heaven knows how much!
Interesting share movements!
Who is on the ground in UTAH? Anyone at this time?

If the CORT process actually works , it seems a possibility a funder would want to take control of it . given the weak hand held by the current players.

We have all seen Dragons Den , where they ask for £1m for 10% of their business.
Here the Dragons if they bid , would be saying here's £100k for 90% of the business , take it or leave it. but if you do not raise funds soon , we'll have it off the administrator for less....

TOM need to raise cash before 1 Oct

If they do not raise the cash the option to buy is lost and their future uncertain

Without significant project funding they will be unable to exploit Greenfield

They currently do not have the capacity to execute the project

Any off take arrangement comes with reputational damage (trucking oil 100s of miles by road to refine)

and share buying on a day of non-announcements.

This has the whiff of a concert party.

Why is the share price not in the 1p + range now and why has it not been for a long while?
Ok for the chairman to spout exhuberance before AGM - let's see what happens now as events unfold. Or perhaps the chairman did expound on the share price at the meeting. The price yesterday still fell far far short of what investors might expect for a well managed enterprise. Once again the market's judgement has been caution. Will things change today?

Always good to receive your remarks. Keep them coming please. Also someone else seems to think I have Andrew in my name. I am not Andrew nor have I been Andrew. But if he is obsessed with the name Andrew, then I'll take it on the chin.
Do not forget: IF IT APPEARS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, ETC. IS THE PRESENT TOM PROPOSITION?

So reading between the lines, can investors expect an immediate and large placing to cover the potential solvency requirements of TOM for at least 12 months plus ? Then further equity issue possibly plus reorganisation soon.
Land funding and acquisition to go ahead by 1st October coupled with Plant funding - this is what the chairman seems to be implying or maybe there will be clawback on this nearer the time to keep the market in the loop. It's a very tall order and the chairman is really sticking his neck out. How will the market react?

Sorry he may still be a Proactive analyst but that wasn’t the purpose of his attendance. 1% battery life ,no charger on train and 2 hour journey to go.It’s been a long day. I’ll look in tomorrow.

He was at the AGM and has been acting as an advisor/consultant on Greenfield seeking the finance. Very well thought of in this capacity I’d add.
