Just a quick update.

I have compiled the answers to questions (as I recall) and have sent them onto Fishy for his appraisal as to their accuracy. On reaching agreement with Fishy, they will then, as a matter of curtesy, be sent to John Potter for his approval that they represent a fair reflection of what was discussed. Only after John’s approval will they be posted on here.

On the whole though I have to agree with Fishy that it was a very positive AGM, everything really just waiting on the financial closure of the plant funding (as we already knew) then it is full steam ahead.

Time now for BOD to relax with their partners and guests. AGMs are nerve racking, NOMAD watching for any tongue slip and any awkward shareholders.
So time for a good venue perhaps Savoy Grill around 2100hrs. Gin and Tonics first to relax minds followed by CHOICE menus. Sage may like to select wines.
Guests to include NOMAD, QUADRISE, BDO etc. Perhaps the chairman will propose a toast to their loyal investors.

Just a short note to say the AGM was a positive affair. Sat having a few ales with Damac who will give a more detailed report on it soon. A couple of surprise attendees. Jason from Qfi being one....

Mmmm, a bit premature to conclude that this is news. Whatever happens it is highly likely that TOM needs cash - if only to finance the 10% deposit. Whatever, it will be crystal clear by 1 October unless the can is kicked down the lane again.
