You speak in some haste. In exactly a year's time TOM could be precisely where it is now. A lot of cards have to fall into place and TOM as JP says has an undistinguished past. Let the Board be allowed their exhuberance for a moment but all shareholders should be on their guard if they wish to preserve their investment here. Ask JP about Beiden's attitude towards an LLC owned by an IOM registered business sucking up Utah Tar sand for oil.

Valkor will shortly be a 29% cornerstone investor in Tomco (when did tomco ever have a cornerstone investor?). There is no way this will fail to get built. They know EVERYTHING there is to know about the process.

Mmm, again. The risk to any financing company relying on sn off-take is that after forwarding the funds, the developer fails to develop the process to the stage of supply. At that point the liability sits fully with the financing function.

When they come to do the DD every line will have risk printed on it.

It is exactly what TOM/Greenfield needed, communication and updates for shareholders. Hopefully, this will continue.

Get the land deal done in the next couple of weeks in a non-dilutive way whilst also protecting working capital and we are in a strong position going forward.

John is heading back to Utah in the next week or so until early October. Lets hope some of the loose ends will be getting tied up.
