07/7/2021 14:12 | Golding 1215, maybe when Tomco eventually become oil producers we will be selling any oil produced direct to this refinery and not use the QFI tech. The refinery will have to evaluate the oil for suitability/use etc. | saltydog2017

07/7/2021 10:21 | GOULDING1125 According to TOM's web pages there are three investors who each hold 3% or more of the equity. Surely they must have the ear of management and what do they tell management; conversely what do the board tell them. | ![]() lopodop
07/7/2021 09:29 | Wilson2 Are you suggesting RMART is a loser! He has certainly gone quiet. Did he not have a hot line to a member of board? What has happened to SL. Could RMART be asked for a list of his current investments so investors will know what to avoid. | ![]() lopodop
07/7/2021 09:27 | Goulding1125 Do some background checks on GROAT and CASTRO - may help explain absence of reply. Also is it possible board are deliberately holding back / misleading investors? Think about it! | ![]() lopodop

07/7/2021 09:14 | I recently sent an email to the Company Office in London, containing this paragraph:- The recent Greenfield rns was this sentence “ a three-barrel sample of produced oil is being shipped to a large oil refinery owned by a major US oil company for their evaluation.” This is a typical example of poor rns writing . Indicates it was sent for their own research reporting use of the word ‘their’ referring to their own benefit. Would indicate it was requested by that oil company. Otherwise why send it? So, did the major oil company request this oil? Or was it sent by Greenfield for Greenfield’s own evaluation by the major Us Oil Company? No confusion there being precise and concise, the two elements of report writing. In the next sentence you make it quite clear why the oil is being sent to Quadrise. Why not in the previous sentence? | ![]() goulding1215

07/7/2021 08:33 | Well at least the share price seems to be holding at .50p. Had investors confidence in TOM's trajectory, the share price ought to be in 2p range. Why was Kirchner sacked - that is according to RMART - and is to be paid off over a year. Was this silence money to keep private some big disagreements. Had Kirchner lost faith with his colleagues and if so why. It is pretty evident that there were serious issues surrounding his departure and GROAT wished to be very generous to his colleague. In fairness to shareholders, he should clarify why he went as this does impact on the share price. Good corporate guidance requires this. | ![]() lopodop
07/7/2021 08:20 | Why has DAMAC gone quiet? Why does the market not reflect optimism? What precisely was the source of the statements made last month? Has Damac lost confidence in TOM? | ![]() lopodop
07/7/2021 07:13 | Goulding1125 Reverting to your question over finance. No doubt SB as one shareholder would have credibility with US banks but would tiddler TOM the other shareholder, a humble IOM company with no engineering expertise whatsoever be impressive? So what / who remains assuming that the POSP is proven to be commercial. Of course funding can be achieved, but it will take flair and skill to arrive at a fair solution. Intelligent investors can see this as can the market. Hence the share value. This is realism. With a board that are uncommunicative to shareholders and the market and lacking in any engineering knowledge and experience, what do you think. It is extremely disappointing that TOM is in this state - another wobbling AIM showpiece. A sale of TOM's 50% interest may be a solution in such circumstances to get TOM out of the hole of its own making. | ![]() lopodop |
