Why do you expect $110m to be in place by end of August? Research, guessing, gut feel - making statements like that - really, really - utter drivel! A child of 5 would laugh to high heaven. Still it makes a good story - keep it up - let's have more.
It's worth being an investor for the hilarity - unbelievable!

Ps don't tell SAGE; it will give him a hernia?

Should the directors come across your recent posts, it will give them confidence too!
You should both take independent advice.

Hi Damac, good to see you posting. It is reassuring to investors to hear from you and fishy.

One question, assuming the FEED results are positive, and the Greenfield lease is purchased with the $110,000,000 containing 49 million barrels of oil in place. Does that oil become a bankable asset to GREENFIELD, of which TOM WILL OWN 50%? Will that then affect the TOM balance sheet?

My hunch is that Greenfield will never produce 1 barrel of oil. Once all the work is complete, it will become too big an asset to be ignored by the major oil companies.aimho

Ducky,

I can also confirm that despite the inference from the known liars on the other thread, I am still heavily invested in Tom and I am more than happy to continue to be so for the long term (at least until first oil is produced from Greenfield's first commercial plant). I have also been topping up my investment when I deem appropriate. I have not 'moved on', nor am looking at ways to 'move on while saving face', I am not insecure in such matters.

As per my previous post, I am still expecting the Greenfield $110m funding to be secured by end of August, allowing Greenfield to finalise the complete purchase of the Tar Sands II site. We could even see equally significant other news before then.

As always, do your own research, it is all out there.

2/7/21 RNS said " It is therefore anticipated that the FEED study will be finalised together with the accompanying third party verification by the end of July 2021."
One working week, the count down has begun. On expected good news, $PQE balance sheet = ++$millions

Yes I'm personally expecting FEED, 3rd party verification and date for the forthcoming AGM in the coming couple of weeks. The FEED will put much more meat on the bones and is needed to move forward with the funding proposal. As Ducky rightly mentioned, financial closure on the loan being the big share price driver in the coming months.

The chairman is a chartered accountant. If you ask him for his independent view on 50/50 joint ventures, he would probably tell you such arrangements are best avoided.

But whatever you do, do NOT ask the obvious question - he will be keeping everything crossed - well investors hope he is. Probably explains why he won't invest because chartered accountants are trained to apply scepticism. The market is astute too!

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE RUDE?
There is not a great deal of hard fact information in the marketplace.
How can anyone research a business if management are secretive?

You are simply guessing - if JP SAYS in the next days GREENFIELD's future is in jeopardy - you would no doubt be in shock. But investors, who are sceptical as a matter of course, will be unmoved.

That is not being negative, just cautious.
Good morning.

I can understand/interpret (you obviously haven't got that ability) the progress made via the trial and the newsflow it triggers over the coming weeks. I am not being fed inside information. The info is all out there. Yes there is a certain amount of assumptions in my work as I don't know what the FEED etc will say, although the company have told us it's looking positive. Right, next accusation??

BASED on the quality of information provided to the market, serious investors would, however much research was undertaken, be sceptical as a matter of course. Therefore when certain investors appear confident, that either means they are guessing and taking a punt or receiving information which other shareholders are not.

Ducky, read the idiotic posts on the other board. Actually believes I am bothered about 'losing face' to a bunch of people I don't know. Why would I sell now? Because the share price hasn't picked up? Because of your stupid scaremongering. Pointing the finger of blame, I've never told anyone to buy here. His keyboard almost smoking once he saw my posts, couldn't type quick enough. Like I said, these boards are pointless to serious investors. Hope to see all serious investors at the AGM. The coming 6 weeks could be transformational.

JP takes his orders from the chairman; if the chairman says placing that's it. Time is running out to get one away and logic would demand this is done very soon whilst there is hope value and no known disasters hovering. It has to be a very big placing this time just in case this is the final chance ie if Greenfield fails.

Shareholders need to remember that TOM owns just 50% of GREENFIELD.
In some circumstances the true value to TOM needs to be substantially discounted to give a fair evaluation of the position.

Andrew Jones got a £150k payoff; and fairly obvious why he went.

SL and others may have misunderstood what JP told them but what else can they do now other than wait and see. They do not understand the counter arguments and are probably hovering over whether to abort without losing face and money.

The problem is their so called wisdom gives false sense of security to others. They may think that they are serious investors but they may also be serious losers because that is a fair bet on aim.
