14/7/2021 19:03 | COPIED FROM SGN BOARD - HEDGE FUND SCAMMERSToday 18:07 To all genuine investors, I lost my job today in a pay dispute so this is my payback for how I’ve been treated by my employer. I work(ed) for a hedge fund in the City. There’ We have multiple accounts/identities split into 4 categories of characters we’ve created: 1. The blatant negative shorter who’s aim is to create negative subject headings and get them pushed to the top of the chat. 2 & 3. The wingmen who back up no.1 by being negative on the stock but with more substance around why. 4. The concerned holder who sways from being positive about the share to win trust before then losing faith and encouraging others to do the same. Some of our aliases include: 1. Mister beck, Dr Long 2. 3. Phoebus (myself), jaffas, pearls, 4. Gatti, Muscles12, saby16, atrades, fudegrella30, fireant We did laugh when genuine holders agreed with some of our posts and got bonused on confirmed sell ups such as Xenor and Matt007. I’m not proud of what I’ve done but willing to blow the whistle to not harm any more people financially. I would encourage all of you to screenshot this post in case they report it and get it taken down but I will try on multiple threads so that it stays here longer'''' | ![]() vauch

14/7/2021 15:09 | VAUCH You are misleading yourself. Can you not see there are flaws in TOM - serious flaws. For one thing the monies expended on POSP, MONIES LOANED to Greenfield may never ever be recovered. A shrewd investor looking at the latest figures would notionally write off these items in assessing the balance sheet worth. That doesn't leave much in terms of asset value - some leases may be - but again questionable. Look at the board and the changes that have occurred etc etc. If and it is a big if,TOM can pull off either a management sale of GREENFIELD or unload its 50% interest to a third party provided SB goes along with this, then there could be some prospect of limited value. But whether the POSP PROJECT as anticipated is doable, does TOM really have the expertise and size to match. It is a Minnow and Minnows frequently drown. Many investors were introduced to TOM BY THE MAIL years ago and there are probably few left now as their frequent generosity was enjoyed by whoever ran the company. Sage and others have issued serious and frequent cautions! A reason for lack of information from the board is perhaps that they think it best to limit what is said for fear of being wrong. Therefore if criticism is ultimately valid it will be addressed at the absence of data rather than issuing misleading data. Quite shrewd players! | ![]() lopodop
