Ducky i think when we get a proper update - bank loan etc for the 110m the other large posters on here will return to post. Ref the equity - i believe john (potter) will insist warrants are converted first before any new share placings i think someone in the past said their was over £4m in warrants outstanding but what do i/we know, as you say, we are the last to find out anything

Ducky, I still hold, as do 2 of the other shareholders you mention. I've no idea about the traders current holdings. General feeling being this board is not worth posting on as any attempt at discussion results in childish name calling and/or accusations of wrongdoing. Some of us are serious investors, not bulletin boards warriors. All the best!

Hi C2 .. thanks for the clarification as I would not have known who Andrew was. There was another director removed recently. I don't know why either moved.

For me the only person that seems to do any work is John Potter. The others seem to be on a free ride. I might be wrong of course.

Another thing that worries me is that the Big 4 large share holders have stopped posting here. That's Stuart Little, fishneck, damac and of course rmart.

Just us minnows remain trying to make sense of it all. I do wonder if they have all sold up or been told something in confidence that they can't reveal.

I strongly think there will be a bid for TOMco in time as there is so much profit to be made and it's in the US. Plus such a simple process and the price of oil is as high as it is. RIGHT PLACE AND RIGHT TIME.

Plus the process is so green and must appeal to the big oil companies and Mr Biden.

Note to self Mr Biden is President of the USA.

The only worry / doubt is raising the 110 million dollars and whether the company will choose to raise some more equity. I do hope they can get the share price over 1p so that investors start taking up their warrants. DF

I spoke with andrew (for ducky - thats andrew jones, ex chairman) in january 2020 first about these share prices, talked for about an hour, he was on the train out of london going home, was very excited about tomco prospects. Then a couple of weeks later he resigned. It may have been for a good reason, new job offer etc but could there be more to it ? something he did not agree with so left ?. You never know with small aim companies, the cost to take out a small company is small change to a large company and the potential money to be made here is enormous.

Ref the controlling the share price to keep it low ....

As I have said before when the board has been criticised about lack of news flow and lack of share price movement

They may well be acting on orders from the controlling interests ...who may want to try and take it out cheaply

Who knows ... we'll be the last to know

Shareholders have to question if the Directors are trustworthy. If they do believe they are what is the support for this view.
Otherwise shareholders' absolute faith in TOM needs to be seriously questioned - this could be REFORM ENERGY etc all over again.
Therefore shareholders will be wise to reassess theIR original reasons for investing in TOM.
How many shareholders have already shunned TOM or are slowly slowly easing away?
If it seems too good to be true, then it is probably so.

Rns 2nd July, states.A sample of produced oil is being shipped to a large oil refinery owned by a major US oil company,for their evaluation ,later this week.
A MAJOR US OIL COMPANY.That is a big hint ,if ever you need one. It is coming,and things will move very,very,fast ,when it does.You better be on the bus now, or you will miss out.

Cheshire2 thank you for your feedback. I have a friend invested here who brought it to my attention. What I don’t understand , if there is a big seller keeping the price down, they must have stacks of shares, is what puts doubts into my mind. I just can’t understand why today’s sellers must have bought into TOM knowing what it was all about (buyers above 1,000,ooo), then selling so close to the biggest news for 2 years?

goulding1215 i agree with you, have been watching trades for weeks and when we get a few buys come in there are a few sells to ballance it out again. Also if you check when the screens are re-set to start the days trading around 7.30 you will find our market makers move the bid price up then just before the market opens put it back down again so at start of trading we are shown in red. I messaged john about this and did not get a reply although he replies to most other things even if only to acknowledge receipt of message but not able to comment.
With ref to above i also messaged john i think on the 19th june we had 90m shares traded and at close there was less than 1m between buys and sells which is not natural unless someone is trying to keep the price down. Also no comment from john !!!
