12/7/2021 09:54 | DF Is Interest perhaps due to market reckoning on some form of disposal of TOM's interest in Greenfield so avoiding the funding issue and upsetting Valkor. Petroteq appears to have followers so it would be in Valkor's best interest to reorganise Greenfield. Many other possibles though! Board needs to open up and tell the market what is the present state of play. | ![]() lopodop
12/7/2021 09:22 | Strange large amount of buying today at above the quoted price. I was expecting a quiet day today. I thought we would rise a lot towards the end of the month. Oh well I'm usually wrong aren't I. I do miss the input of the larger holders. | ![]() ducky fuzz

12/7/2021 08:31 | Talais You need to be cool not desperate. English football a fair example! Ask yourself what has changed? No hard factual information from TOM - just hope. For all investors know, JP may be back here doing what? Other directors on leave. Tom ploughs on auto pilot? | ![]() lopodop

10/7/2021 07:55 | Re SB Any POSP construction work for Greenfield or any other business would almost likely be undertaken by VALKOR in the first instance at least. Could it be in SB's interest for 100% of Greenfield to be sold off to a more sizeable operation that already has the finance? Quite what TOM would get out of it is ? but although conjecture the lack of news flow from TOM may be a sign that this or similar is on the agenda. Therefore the funding issue by Greenfield would no longer be of concern. TOM's board could sign this off as being the most realistic option in the circumstances ie the usual diatribe, and for TOM there should be some return from a sale. It might be quite reasonable for TOM, in fact very reasonable if negotiated properly, but the end of POSP unless of course TOM GETS AN ONGOING INTEREST IN PART OF THE ACQUIRER's BUSINESS. Probably unlikely though. At the end of the day, SB although 50% partner, has most of the cards and therefore it is probably down to what he decides. Therefore he not TOM is probably the key. This is only conjecture and opinion but the signals are possibly there in what investors have or haven't been told. Reading the chairman's reports, one could suspect he is not convinced that POSP is the future for TOM and he is trying to convey this view indirectly. RF may be his preference. This may explain the recent grant of long term share options. If the Board do not communicate in candour, what can investors do but Conjecture. | ![]() lopodop
09/7/2021 19:24 | Goulding1215 If you do not get a response to your email, you could write to JP at the Preston address given on REFORM ENERGY PLC ICVL STATEMENT OF AFFAIRS - it is on COMPANIES HOUSE PUBLIC RECORD. | ![]() lopodop
09/7/2021 15:26 | Another point VAUCH. According to the last audited accounts, apart from 4 directors, TOM had no employees. On the recent grant of options, there is reference to an employee 5 million shares. Who is this? Could it be SB. For who else joining TOM since October 2020 would merit this option agreement? Why doesn't GROATY say rather than conceal. This chap says he is a chartered accountant - fair enough - if TOM is paying for his FCA then investors should expect VERY high standards. | ![]() lopodop
09/7/2021 14:21 | Well spoken Vauch! Until GROATY and POTTY make a full disclosure to lift the fog over TOM so investors can try to understand the strengths and weaknesses, they cannot expect the market to be excited. But perhaps this is intentional. And it's no good banking on there not being a placing; this may be very imminent and the market has a long memory. Some investors are willing to pick up snippets of TOM information from Petroteq and Quadrise. Really this is crazy. If GROATY and POTTY choose to continue to ignore prescribed corporate governance, then the disaster at REFORM may come back to haunt the Board. | ![]() lopodop
