14/7/2021 14:02 | Wilson2 Market must be anticipating placing. TOM's 50% GREENFIELD unlikely to produce cash flow for how long, if it ever does, unless there is some sort of deal. Therefore placing has to be for a significant amount - may be last chance in view of previous placings. Then off goes TOM to RF - oh dear more of the same - certain uncertainty - but more pay for the board. | ![]() lopodop

13/7/2021 20:40 | If the board do not show any positivity/enthusias Realistically, whatever may be said under the auspices of Valkor and Petroteq, which is generally structured, positive and purposeful, investors in Tom can only cogitate about what might have been and when the next placing is scheduled. UK business management cannot match their US counterparts. | ![]() lopodop

13/7/2021 10:11 | Minja19 Well done. If each member of the Board purchases shares say £2000 each this morning, what difference might this make to the share price. If they do not, surely it isn't because they do not have the cash. In fact Groat invests in other companies of which he is director for example. Logically their unwillingness sends out a very clear negative message so what makes investors take the plunge. It seems wholly illogical! | ![]() lopodop

13/7/2021 08:30 | DF Petroteq and Valkor are led by pros in their field and they know how to market and play the game. Comparing that to TOM which has a skilled catering pro and a couple of accountants with no apparent Pr acumen, can investors expect a great deal other than uncertainty which is what they seem particularly expert in. Realistically investors do not have trust in the Board's ability. | ![]() lopodop

13/7/2021 07:53 | Goulding1125 Having TOM's 50% passed on could be the Board's preference. Do remember who holds the cards - TOM has but little sway - SB IS THE CHIEF - and investors would do well to remember that. TOM hangs on by its fingernails and the board need skill and perception to handle this for the benefit of shareholders. So far investors seem unimpressed! What now ??? | ![]() lopodop

13/7/2021 06:14 | U.S. Oil Industry Sees More M&A Dealmaking As Prices Rise The strong rally in commodity prices and the recovery in share prices in the second quarter of 2021 marked the return of many energy mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. upstream segment, with quarterly value sitting at its highest since the second quarter of 2019, energy data analytics company Enverus said on Monday. Following a timid start to 2021 in the first quarter, the pace of U.S. oil and gas deals surged in the second quarter. More than 40 deals were announced between April and June, for a combined total value of $33 billion, Enverus said in a report. “That is the highest quarterly value total since 2Q19, which included Occidental Petroleum’s historic buy of Anadarko Petroleum, and is tied for the most announced deals above $1 billion since 2014,” the energy data analytics firm said. | ![]() goulding1215
