A disgraceful performance in terms of share value depletion today. Tom needs some experts at the helm to change TOM's fortunes. Groat and Castro should go.

Where on earth do you think the money would come from ...ask RMART or SL. A very generous US bank that likes POSP, is eager to please and is impressed by Greenfield.

I don’t read the other thread because it is full of derampers and loonies, but are they still saying like the dork on here, that TOM will have to do a fund-raising?

A real buying opportunity here it would appear. Remember that they have just negotiated the purchase of a lease that contains over a $1b of oil tar for just $16m. So confident that they had made the steal of the century they agreed the price before they had done the due diligence or had the finance in place. They will be the only oil company on any exchange to be producing oil without any employee having any relevant experience or more than one employee on the payroll. That is a remarkable achievement. But the real cherry on the cake, is that they will soon be announcing the access to a $100m loan facility to construct the ground breaking 5000bopd plant that even though the pilot plant trial failed to deliver the outcomes set at commencement, the lenders have full faith that after $100m has been spent all will be well. So confident are the lenders that they demanded no asset backing and were happy with the handshake from Mr Potter after reviewing his glittering CV. Indeed, so astonishing the potential and risk profile, that they demanded no interest on the principal sum. Come on chaps, snap some of these cheap shares up. You have seen the future that most others cannot see!

Who is the TOM employee who has been granted 5 million shares under recent options?

Could it be Sage to sweeten and shut him up? Or more seriously dear SB - ie classified as employee of Tom for the option grant? Perhaps an investor close to JP could ask.

In the recent options announcement, there is reference to an employee also receiving 5 million shares.
Who was the employee?
ACCORDING TO FINANCIALS UP TO 30 SEPT, TOM HAD NO EMPLOYEES.
Since then someone has become employee and been granted the aforesaid option.

If the share price goes down further, investors should rightfully expect GROAT and CASTRO to depart forthwith and leave JP to come forward with an achievable plan to placate disenchanted and long suffering investors.
And with SB's reputation and resources, this should not be so difficult. SB may require TOM to make certain concessions.

The market seems to be warning investors. Why did Bob Kirchner exit - another warning perhaps.
If Groat and Castro are out of their depth, how do they exit without tarnishing further their standing in the City Club. They could put the blame on JP - he would
be easy fodder and it might protect their CITY standing.
On the other hand, JP could blame them for not getting the right support in UK AND NOT COMMUNICATING with shareholders as they had promised. If JP is on good terms with SB which ought to be the case, he could tell Groat and Castro to push off and sort a workable agreement in relation to Greenfield. SB may be quite agreeable to a renegotiation and if TOM ends up much closer to VALKOR, INVESTORS may pick up more than a few crumbs! It's all down to JP to do a good job for investors.

Yes good news re oil numbers.

But if the Greenfield plant funding is not achievable then TOM is finished. Investors in TOM will lose everything.

Sage is RIGHT. TOM can play this out for another 18 months - directors pay and pay offs provided for - SORRY chaps not our fault. Let's have a further placing and chase RF - that adds another 18 months.

Is TOM REALLY a going concern in the real sense if the plant funding is unrealistic?

Investors must look outside the box and think.

The only winner here is SB clever chap and of course the directors for continuing the wild goose chase.

Also with the oil pries still on the up, will this put pressure on the PQE buyer to do an substantial increase in the offer price like $1.25

Greenfield’s value continuing to rise. WTI now $76.92, $77, virtually on a par with Brent Crude. Must be getting close to $100 profit per barrel oil, using the CORT system.

MESSRS GROAT AND CASTRO

Do you not sense the market is giving you both a thumbs down ie you are lost and not up to taking TOM forward. In the meantime think of the losses actual and potential your presence is causing.
Silence usually means failure! Compare yourselves to SB and GS. What a difference they could make to beleaguered TOM. As experienced engineering pros, they understand the oil sands business and as players know the players.
No disrespect, two chartered accountants are hardly relevant.

RE MESSRS GROAT AND CASTRO
Worth researching both - seem to work as a duo.

Can Greenfield raise adequate funding in principle? Investors need to know whether this is a pipe dream. No good telling investors in six months. But will investors will be told anything about this most fundamental point. Hence the share price and investor doldrums.

No good relying on any informal nods from JP. CASTRO was brought in to handle this and so far no hard facts. Same old TOM.
