Just my opinion, but ISA-related sales (forced sells), or the anticipation of these could be a huge negative (amongst many other negatives)on the share price

An offer of £1.50? ..... not even funny!!

As for the hoop-la land of £11+, well..words fail me.

2magpies, normal ISA - no you can not hold unquoted stocks,
Unregulated innovative ISA -YES possible via regulated p2p outfits, but not company shares like Tintra..

Well he set his stall out, if people bought his apples and pears, is it his fault if the fruit turns sour?
It could be put forward that he has a vision and attempted to achieve it, other arguments could also be made that i will not set out on here, because i believe you have to give people the benefit of the doubt, even if personally skeptical.

Why is it that some could see the fruit wasn't that appealing from the start whilst others attracted like a wasp to an autumn apple?

it would seem your finickity is somewhat highly selective and exhibits scant Introversion.
Further, on the scale of minor errors, that would seem somewhat insignificant when put on the weighing scales against your own peccadillo.


1. At £1.60 you posted "at this price I think traders could well take a punt a get a result!) I am currently nominally 15K down on my share value from last week on this one - and I'm not worried in the slightest - indeed, having been paid I put in some more"


2. Posted on a thread line that had the title the share price will be "500p next week' and this is the "calm before the storm"

3. That you had put your redundancy/retirement money in Tintra at an average of 120p and even topped up higher?

4. At £2.45 you talked of revenue streams by e.o.y 2023 and said at that price was cheap

5.Claimed to be up significantly at £2.90 but "not selling as my price target is far higher"

6 .At £1.80 you frustratingly posted that you had no more cash to top up but anyone that can will make "fast cash" whilst calling the posters ventilating caution "trolls".

7. Attacked a poster who said he had sold at a loss @ £1.90, sarcastically posting "oh so wise"

8. Said the company would have/has a Nasdaq listing.

9 AT £1.40 and down over £20k you chirp "At this price I decided to take some profit on another share and bung it in here - really don't know where they are getting the shares from as buys certainly seem to outnumber sells "

10. Jan 2023 you state a price target of £8.01

11 At £1.20 in March you again almost beg anyone to buy at that level sating yet again " fast money to be made". All you have to do is "read Twitter"? @90p later that week you post the same.

12 At £1.07 and over 35k down you post "having listened to the whole Q&A I'm confident that my choice to leave my money here is a sensible choice. I don't plan on taking any money out this year"

13 At 65p you post "At this price I couldn't resist, so sold out of one of my other shares to top up and average down here.

One poor fellow, Flatliner, posts the matched bargains facility by Jenkins is a way the company can offer 150p a share rather than shareholder take up the (as yet non existent) tender offer at the same price? well, I ask you?

Another unfortunate soul, Ornamental, amongst others, claiming all sorts of nasty unpleasant things about the Ceo. Why do the mug punters always take everything so personally? Did the CEO make them buy shares in this transparent woke nonsenses?

Poster HeresHopin, the proverbial Turkey that votes for Xmas posts that at sub 50p buying for his pension would be a great long term play. Maybe he should read his Sipp rules?
"now is the time to load up " he's lamenting, "just tuck them away"? is this his coping method do yo think? People go to exhaustive lengths to blame anything and anyone but themselves.

Adrian understands the situation well , albeit in his own mind. "It's a no-lose punt". If you want to sell for 150p you can? (how) if you don't sell, then this is a "LOW level " entry into the "next Tesla"?

He offers no reason why anyone would want the price down. Neither why LRB to date have not RNS one single share buys under the 150p 'tender price to make up the alleged 29.9%. Maybe they are a charity and would rather pay 150p to get rich quick red/black gamblers than 40P in the market?

Flarliner is hopeful, the reason why they announce matched bargains with Jenkins is all due to the 150p tender offer being "released imminently"
I sometimes wish i was that innocent and naïve. True the market can make you so doubting but I wonder if Flarliner still hangs his stocking on the end of his bed on Christmas Eve?


There's scant evidence of self reflection or personal responsibility for their own actions on that thread, and rather like here, the slimy fluffers with their one sentence cliché ramps have now left.

This thread will die but in years to come it will be read by someone, anyone, for some reason or another and please reader take what you can from the pain of others.

To me it looks like this RNS could have been penned by Shearer? Just look how many words have been used just to say 'That's all folks!!'

It is game over, they will not be able to raise anymore money privately or otherwise. Not enough to bring in any revenue anyway.

With hindsight it is a shame the sold the lottery business because through all this companies incarnations (MDC, BOX, TWL... I probably missed some) that was the only thing that ever made any money. Not a lot of money. But a damn sight more than anything else.
