David Cogut's and Pegasus Capital's warrants are 'conditional' as follows:

" The warrants are conditional on either the market capitalisation of the Company exceeding US$250,000,000 for a period of three consecutive trading days or a future funding round being concluded with a post-money valuation of US$250m or greater. "

Not clear if the exercise is 'conditional', or the vesting is 'conditional'.

Not sure who CFP Fintech LLC is/are.

'CFP' merely stands for 'Certified Financial Practioner', from what I can see - so that doesn't tell us much.

You seem to think this is an ok situation,sorry if i dont agree,yes Richard should be most distressed,but as he obviously doesnt care about PIs,you are right I doubt if he gives a toss.Considering what this great outfit was suppose to be achieving and its grand plan,this is a terrible offer.I was always positive for Shearer and TNT,just goes to show,who can you trust these days to deliver.AIM is full of ruthless MDs,and its always PIs who get stabbed in the back.

Shafted, thats how I feel...RS never liked being listed on AIM, he had a contempt for us PIs, he much prefers HNWI and doing back room deals!

All feeling a little contrived the accounts being late, create fear in sp, it goes down and then offer £1.50 when someone was waiting for £11. It stinks tbh, and RS is damaged for good as a CEO imo.

Not sure those who subscribed at considerably more will be too happy. But it is 150p more than I expected everyone to get.
