After today's announcement by TNT, it seem to suggest some confusing story (as usual) about a 60 day grouping of all orders at 150p,then a further grouping after 90 Days.
They don't say who is paying 150p by name but allude a merger with a state supported banking platform?.

a simple call to Jenkins today confirmed the now today LIVE price is 32.5p..

So if you have confidence in the bod, presumably you could buy now for 32.5p and then sell for 150p in 60 days time??

Prior to todays announcement, below- i will set out the details of today's vague 150p merger announcement later today.

On the slim chance that these are serious questions and posts please take note of the following

A, Jenkins are a stockbroker who march trades for buyers and sellers

B they have no mandate from the BOD to buy shares at any price from TNT holders.

C The company have never said they will buy shares at 150p, that was a vague proposal from third party, totally none related to Jenkins.

D there is no offer anywhere at this time to buy TNT shares for 150p, if there ever was, it would not be through Jenkins but mailed direct to holders on share register.

E. JP Jenkins simply match buyers with sellers at any price that both agree on period!

Tintra still has four active directors, albeit one of them is the numpty Shearer,and if they get this massive investment from the middle east investor the company will have to honour the £1.50,heck they might even be biting at investors heels to get the shares off them,well they not having mine.

I will be contacting Tintra with regards to this,plus the JPJ site is showing closing share price when we were suspended, maybe no one has sold anything yet.

There has been no update from the company to say the offer of £1.50 per share from LRB35 has been cancelled,the matched bargain facility has been arranged for holders to exit at the price of £1.50,as far as i can tell this is still the agreement and as the offer has been made i believe it must be honoured,so long as company still exists and is still solvent.

I have 5009 shares,which valued at 32.50 a share is £1627 at £6 mill market cap,if company gets to £60 mill I will have nice little earner.this HNWI WILL want a massive return, definitely.

Anyone who sells at the 32.50 price (if possible) would be bonkers,at that price the company is only valued at about £6 million, everyone who has shares should wait to see if this HNWI puts more millions £ in as he/she would only get shares the same as us,and I guarantee he/she will want a future massive return on their investment,i believe Shearer will be gone soon as part of deal,lets face it he is bad for the company and he will be put out to pasture which will enable new blood to grow this company into £100's of millions valuation,end of day we own these shares and unless company folds they might just be our golden tickets,one day.

The Burks on the LSE forum believe the company set up the Matched bargains facility offered by Jenkins to pay holders 150p. (seriously)

I ask you, it's hilarious and scary the lack of understanding from these people.
