11/9/2023 14:44 | You seem to think this is an ok situation, sorry if i dont agree, yes Richard should be most distressed, but as he obviously doesnt care about PIs,you are right I doubt if he gives a toss.Considering what this great outfit was suppose to be achieving and its grand plan, this is a terrible offer.I was always positive for Shearer and TNT,just goes to show, who can you trust these days to deliver.AIM is full of ruthless MDs,and its always PIs who get stabbed in the back. | sanilav
11/9/2023 13:24 | I'm sure Richard will be most distressed at you opinion. | a2584728
11/9/2023 08:50 | Shafted, thats how I feel...RS never liked being listed on AIM, he had a contempt for us PIs, he much prefers HNWI and doing back room deals! All feeling a little contrived the accounts being late, create fear in sp, it goes down and then offer £1.50 when someone was waiting for £11. It stinks tbh, and RS is damaged for good as a CEO imo. STITCH UP! | cromw3ll
08/9/2023 14:31 | There maybe another Biddle to force the price up. Who knows? | a2584728
08/9/2023 13:36 | So, a Qatari wants to buy. But NOT at £11 ?? | 2magpies
08/9/2023 13:07 | "A2584728 8 Sep '23 - 12:00 - 6768 of 6769 0 0 0 Jog on Tommy boy" That's no way to refer to Shearer: after all he was going all gubg-ho for £11+ Such a brilliant negotiator. By recommending this offer, the BOD have admitted defeat: their dreams ended at £1.50 it would appear. £11 remained a fantasy. | 2magpies
08/9/2023 12:49 | Don't think I can hold unlisted stock in my ISA so I will be taking the £1.50 offer and banking my profit so not all bad. | adeg
08/9/2023 12:00 | Jog on Tommy boy | a2584728
08/9/2023 09:48 | Is Shearer taking cash or shares?? Oh, and those who paid more: why don't they bid £4?? That would still be well below what they paid before? The whole excuse of 'oh they can't buy in volume' ... blah blah blah is nonsense .. as we can see now. So: wheeler dealers, Dubai traders, New York 'Family Offices' --- why not counter bid?? BOD is recommending this offer! Eh??? You mean £11+ was silly? Or is £1.50 silly? Can't both be ........... | 2magpies
07/9/2023 19:46 | Those who paid more will take the share swap and wait for the inevitable banking license. | a2584728
07/9/2023 17:52 | So what is that at 150p? 25 million? Where exactly will this company (formed purely for this it says) get 25 million from? Not sure those who subscribed at considerably more will be too happy. But it is 150p more than I expected everyone to get. | adh0
07/9/2023 15:53 | Well well. Tom didn't see the offer coming clearly. I wonder if the bidders are as well informed as TW claims to be??? Nice rise coming on re list. I shall be taking the hare exchange. | a2584728
07/9/2023 14:08 | Maybe i don't know. I have no position here whatsoever but I'd love to see that smug grin wiped off his little face and him retire another one of his Alias accounts again. | tomzimerman
07/9/2023 14:02 | Also could be more tricks of possible offer because someone in here is trapped and needs to exit they exit and then suddenly there is no offer | firestarter1
07/9/2023 14:02 | No but the organ grinder might choke on a olive when he has to hand back more than double for his shorted shares he borrowed | tomzimerman
07/9/2023 14:00 | Doesn't matter people cnt buy anyway | firestarter1
07/9/2023 11:45 | I have written this giant of the future off if it bounces back that will be a bonus gla | waltzing
06/9/2023 10:34 | As is customary with rampers on ADVFN forums, the purveyors of undiluted codswallop have mastered the art of blocking out their previous posts. They're all the same. On one hand they refuse to debate or even articulate their lofty claims and generic rampy cliché, whilst on the other, hilariously assume the moral high ground against people posting logic reason and common sense. This somewhat suspect Bounty individual above feels immune to any retrospective critic of his previous posts, all of them in absoluteness proven hapless and Incorrect! The posting history and predictions exhibit pure cringe and embarrassment , yet they carry on regardless hoping no one notices. He's long TNT and that enables righteousness. Why? well make sense of his logic who can! His maladjusted and paranoid repeated reference to 'shorters' in his posting history illustrates how he blames others for his poor investments. The lack of self-awareness to even tolerate the idea that it's all his own flawed fruitless toil of Labour is stifling. In planet Bounty, everything would be fine if it wasn't for those pesky shorter. Oh and the failed fundraising. The non banking license. The huge admin expenses and the failed CLN; but 99% the 'shorters' fault, you get the general idea! I again ask Mr Bounnty Hunter to set out his reasoning for making these claims of a $10 billion bank in the full understanding that like all struggling rampers wont do that at all. Why should he? In his mind he's a Guru, The Second Coming in the form of a share tipster, well, as long as he closes his eye when looking at his account balance. | fisternator
