07/11/2023 12:43 | The bona fide proverbial 'tell' you're dealing with a loon, is the far out conspiracy theories explaining his huge loss. He makes no comment why they haven't bought a single share since their 'takeover' RNS in September, even though the share has remained been well below 150p since? Blatant lack of any reason logic or common sense, is Makermoney the Bounty hunter? LSE-TNT Makemoremoney 6 Nov 2023 Additionally, the more shares they can buy on the market sub £1.50 the less they will need to buy at £1.50 so it's not surprising to see deramping to give them a hand... | fisternator
07/11/2023 12:37 | Profit jock, the Saint Christopher for gullible mug punters everywhere? | fisternator
07/11/2023 12:34 | Gobsmacked that these kind of posters are active in the market. -------------------- LSE-TNT thread ProfitJock 6 Nov 2023 So they want to pay us £1.50 cash for each share we hold and we are trading at half price currently Excellent We will see a big jump on open and/or we can retain our stock in TNT to become SPV which once they’ve got their 29.9% becomes even more valuable as they are only making a tender offer to grow the company ££££ much further via SPV Win win for current holders and entrants to the market with little availability of any free float getting that amount of the company will be hard so this is going to be an interesting week for holders in fact an instant 100% | fisternator

06/11/2023 15:49 | Fist', I wouldn't bother with Tomzimerman, total loser as demonstrated on NCYT. Not sure about BH, but suggest the same. Closed my short a while time ago, no point until they lose the court case! cheers | dudishes
06/11/2023 13:23 | By the way if anyone would like some hilarious chat read the LSE TNT thread , someone just PM me to read it. What a set of complete deluded poor lost souls. posters profit jock and makemoremoney? are either the most head in the sand guidable optimists ever the world has seen, or posting from Rampton under the influence of Antipsychotic drugs aimho Fist | fisternator
06/11/2023 13:10 | The fat Bin bag is now nearing the stage. Even the hapless, gullible and foolhardy suckers have no ramp left in them. A25 whatever absent and Bounty not even saying he's topped up today? Why he's not buying £100 for 70p, only the lord knows? Bounty how many timeshare properties do you own btw? LOL Enjoy Bounty ;) aimho -------------------- The Bounty Hunter - 18 Aug 2022 - 08:44:03 - 3602 of 6870 Tintra plc - TNT Positive sentiment continuing. As the platform is rolled out across the developing world, Tintra will become a world beating fin tech company - poised for a mega nasdaq valuation mid decade. 06/11/2023 12:59 | "The Bounty Hunter 6 Nov '23 - 12:52 - 6866 of 6866 0 0 0 Ignorance is bliss" Is it also 'bliss' if you're a 'free-carry Harry'?? | 2magpies
06/11/2023 12:52 | Ignorance is bliss | the bounty hunter
06/11/2023 12:10 | as Alreday said on this thread Get woke - go broke. another example served up. | the_mandalorian
06/11/2023 12:07 | yes, Mr Magpie, Please do not even ask yourself why they (LB) did not and have not been buying at 60p-90p to make up the 29.9% or at least some of that , rather than spend 150p per share. Are they listed as a charity perhaps? | the_mandalorian
06/11/2023 11:55 | indeed lol ;) | the_mandalorian
06/11/2023 11:54 | The Mandal I wouldn't get all tangled-up in minutae. That's now as worthwhile as talking about the weather. Things haven't added-up for a very long time. All those, absurdly prolix Shearer-penned RNSs were tell-tale signs of lack of substance, in my view. And so it appears to have turned out. IMO. | 2magpies
06/11/2023 11:48 | IMO, the (?possible) ISA avalanche could collapse the share price I, for one, would be amazed if MMs will take these is size above 20p. But I could be amazed. Let's see. Just my opinion. | 2magpies
06/11/2023 11:42 | typo, That is the point. previous RNS Tariq Al Abdulla and Andrew Bascombe, but with backing from other existing non-management shareholders of Tintra, to acquire the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of the Company. -------------------- This brings up two questions. 1, who are the shareholders supposedly not wishing to sell all of a sudden, considering the statement made in September from a large % holding BOD recommending 150p? Further, also the LRB stated backing from other existing non-management shareholders of Tintra? 2. As you suggest, what % of the shares do the 'other existing non-management shareholders of Tintra' already hold? The issue is unclear for anyone who believes They are getting 150p. What % of the outstanding shares are actually being sought to make LRB 35 holding 29.9 %? who knows? aimho | the_mandalorian
06/11/2023 11:37 | You might be right... | zen12
06/11/2023 11:36 | De-listing could happen by end November. We all know what happens when Mr Market can see forced-sellers coming, right? ISA holders .. you have to feel for them. They had wished/hoped/dreamt for £11+ (ahhh those halcyon days of Shearer hoopla). And now? Heaven only knows what the share price will be if ALL the ISA shares are plopped into the market (which they HAVE to be?) | 2magpies
06/11/2023 10:42 | Correct- LRB 35 limited was a 'special purpose' vehicle controlled by Bascombe and Abdulla 'with support of none management bod members" So make of that what you will, are they counting the aforementioned Bods shares as the 29.9% holding they say they want? as always, clear as mud. | fisternator
06/11/2023 10:40 | Typo, The very same bod that back in September "were minded to recommend the '150p cash 'OFFER'? Is it even conceivable that following " lengthy and extensive negotiations" they would issue that statement before talking to Large holders, let's not forget who holds the significant chunk of that 40.29%, he's/they are on the bod. As stated above already, a share option was proposed where anyone not wishing to take the cash could remain a holder via taking shares. | fisternator
06/11/2023 10:38 | According to the disclosure RNS on 26 Sept it appears LRB35 didn't have any interests in its own name. Is this correct? Does anyone know if the tender offer by LRB35 for 29.9% includes those acting in concert with LRB35 when making the offer? If not, does that mean LRB35 would tender for the full 29.9% of shares in issue? | typo56
06/11/2023 10:30 | I see according to the AIM Rule 26 declaration, directors and major holders (>10%) hold 40.29% of the shares. So have the directors and major shareholders deliberately blocked a potential 150p bid, because they see themselves better off taking private, even if it may not be the best interests of the smaller PIs to be delisted? (Sorry The_Mandalorian for my ignorance but, as I said, I haven't been following this company and am trying to understand the shenanigans.) | typo56 |
